The media could not be loaded. Love this closet. Gives me such great space for all of my fabric and patterns. The only down side would be that the company should definitely upgrade the strength of the plastic joints, since they do break very easily if installed incorrectly. Update: I tried contacting seller and they will either make you pay for this pile crap to be sent back or they say they will take 10 percent of to just keep it, which totals 3 dollars. LOL. Dont buy as you will not be able to return item unless you pay for shipping. The bottom line is this seller push garbage and doesnt stand by it. The instructions were similar to a treasure map. You have to constantly attempt to decipher the blurry xerox copy with A, and B`s signifying what parts are what. By the time I managed to start the second layer the "shelf" ripped in half. The shelf is laminated dryer lint or something. It's about as durable as toilet paper in the rain. At this point, I realized how cheap this thing is and couldn't image anything but a box of tissue to be supported. I strongly urge you to choose another product. I am very impressed with this product! I did a lot of research before ordering a portable closet and almost talked myself out of getting one because most reviews were not good. Then I came across this brand and found better reviews. I am so happy with my purchase. It was fairly easy to put together. Just a tip- spread out all your pieces, especially the connectors as there are several different types.. Its so much nicer and more sturdy than I was expecting. The fabric seems to be coated with something and is quite strong. Use common sense when filling it. It will hold a lot but don't overload. Distribute weight evenly and put heavier items on the bottom. I am definitely glad I purchased! ... show more

Put together nicely. Don't force any joints. If the pole doesn't go in with ease, flip it and try the other side. In a perfect world, everything would be the same exact size but it's mass produced so there might be slight imperfections. Be sure to put the pole into the fitting straight in. Twisting and/or wetting the end helps but do not bend it up/down or side/side. On the elbows and T fittings, be sure to place them so the hole is up for the next level vertical pole. Missed that a couple of times and had to redo them. It stands on it's own just fine. I would suggest putting heavier items on the bottom but it has a large enough footprint that I'm not concerned with it falling over when on a hard surface. Materials are what you would expect at this price and I'm more than happy with it. Flaps roll up and velcro. They look good when up or down. Has plenty of room and accommodates larger items in the middle sections. ... show more

This is really nice for how much it is. Now don’t get me wrong if your not good and putting things together this is gonna be a little difficult. That being said the DIRECTIONS are VAGUE. But...once you get it started it’s easy. I had approximately 30 minutes in putting it all together.(Not bad) I also really like this because you can use the taller and wider bins in the cubbies. I did a lot of research on these portable closets before purchasing this one. My husband needed more room and this seemed like the best option. It’s more sturdy than I would have thought, and very roomy. Be careful when putting the connectors together, we had to redo some because we put them on wrong. Storage is fine . A little flimsy as to strength. Updated Review / Assembly of item is quick and easy . Be sure to lay out all pieces to ensure using the proper piece for each shelving assembly as disassembly after may cause fabric to tear . Instructions are okay and easily understood . Unit after assembly will stand on own but will work best if against a wall . Customer service is very responsive . Based on this I have upgraded my review from 3 to 4 stars . ... show more

I really needed portable storage for my clothes while living in an Airbnb and this was perfect. It arrived in a relatively small box and was very easy to assemble. It is important to make sure that all of the plastic connecters are facing in the right direction, but other than that it was a very straight forward assembly process. When we finally moved into our apartment It was very easy to disassemble, and packed perfectly back into the box that it came in. Putting it back together the second time was even easier than the first time because I already knew to make sure the plastic connectors were facing in the right direction. It is very sturdy considering the material. I would not recommend putting anything heavy on it but it's perfect for holding clothes. Overall a great purchase! Would buy again. ... show more
