It come in a box of 12 frames that you have to screw together. There are dowels as well that just sit there. I had to glue them to keep them from falling out. It looks good though. That hanging hook is pressed into one of the cardboard backs of one of the 12 frames. Given the weight of this thing, I’m not sure how long it will hold up. We will see. ... show more

Took 29 mins to put together. Needs Phillips head screwdriver. Heavier than I thought, but once it’s together it’s pretty. Instructions are easy to follow, and comes with extra dowels and extra screws in case you lose one.

It came very well protected, all the frames has numbers behind and just took me 15min to build it with an electric drill. Comes with instructions to follow, very easy and fast

The collage comes disassembled in a sturdy box with each frame wrapped individually in plastic and further protected with styrofoam panels. It arrived promptly and in good condition. Frames are mdf with a nice veneer of some sort imitating wood. The front panel is actually glass with ground edges so is very safe to handle. The rear panel has one clasp on each edge holding the assembly securely. Each frame is secured to two others with a wooden dowel for guide and two Phillips screws. Glue may be used with the dowels if desired for a more secure finished product -I didn’t use any as it is secured enough without it. Very easy to put together. I took about 30’ from start to finish including set up and pick up. I used a Phillips screwdriver (to start and finish each screw) and a power screwdriver. Go over each screw after complete assembly but don’t over tighten. The package includes very clear and easy to follow instructions. Each frame is numbered and matches the instructions perfectly. Can’t wait to have the pictures printed to install in the frames. ... show more

These are nice and creative frames. But didn’t know I had to put together. Good directions but took a lot of time. I thought they came assembled but I get it as shipping would be more expensive and the frames too. I bought three and one of them had a few pegs short so lining up was more of a challenge.
