Was a bit surprised by the lack of description on the scent. It is very clearly a citrus lemon / lime scent. I was hoping for something like the Sonax dashboard cleaner scent. This isn't a unique smell that I was hoping for - probably could get a citrus air freshener anywhere.

I really hoped this was the same scent as the dashboard cleaner. It wasn't but it's not a bad smell. It's a pleasant smell combined with the dashboard cleaner when cleaning the interior. I cleaned my interior, used the dashboard cleaner to clean the dash and center console and sprayed this in the carpets after vacuuming. It was a nice pleasant smell but lasted only 1 day. Lol. Still leaves your car smelling good. I use it in my e46 m3 and I think it matches well with the natural interior leather scent. ... show more

I now use this in all of my vehicles, new or old. As mentioned in other reviews, the scent is unique and is more of a odor-neutralizing scent. It's like a cleaner version of a new car smell in my opinion. It's nice to spray liberally without worrying about discoloring/staining leather, vinyl, or carpet. Even if you spray it on interior rubber pieces, just give it a wipe so the spots don't dry. I somewhat focus on spraying it on floor mats - which works out well since it doesn't leave any odd coating/feeling on your shoes if you drive before it dries. ... show more

this stuff smells pretty good. Not new car scent more of a clean smell. I don't know how to explain it. I put two sprays in driver, passanger and tear on my wife's car. I did the same for myself but I felt it went away after a few hours(I did spray under my carpet. Over al good product.

Was hoping for it to have a similar scent to the Sonax dashboard cleaner (light exotic scent) but it wasn't the case. It gives off a "cleaner" scent but it does go away after 48 hrs. Lasts for about two weeks. I decided to stop using car fresheners all together and stick with cleaning the interior (dashboard, headliner, carpet, and leather) regularly. ... show more
