Super easy to assemble. Fast shipping. The box was a bit destroyed but didn’t damage the product. The only thing missing in the box was the basket and hardware. Luckily I don’t need it because my kitchen aid mixer will fit perfectly in that spot. Overall happy with this purchase!

Overall solid. The welds could be a little better for my taste. One of the little side bars didn’t have a complete weld and was just loose when we got it. Not enough of an issue for us to return it, but it’s always a bit frustrating to see an item with an issue fresh out the box. Nice cart and it looks very cute! The materials including the wood not cheap looking. My only complaint would be the wheels. They don't really roll very easily and they didn't install easily as one might think they would. There wasn't clear direction for them.

I put this together tonight in less than 15 mins. Super simple, easy to follow instructions. Definitely take your time and don’t screw each thing in too tight. I think that’s why some people in other reviews had issues because they tightened too much. Also rotate and tighten little by little to evenly distribute to avoid breaks. Lastly, my only real issue was with the wheels. They are cheap and useless. I had to use my own tool to put them on. Luckily I waited until the end because had I done it at the beginning like the instructions say it would have been a lot harder to put together. Highly recommend doing them last or buying different ones entirely, which is what I plan on doing. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase so far. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. *****Update 08/03/2021***** I am updating to four stars based on the actions of the seller and their customer service. I had a defect with my cart and though seller's initial response was lacking we were able to work out a solution. Overall very impressed with the responsiveness and the last communication was very thorough. I asked some tough questions and Quinn was willing to answer me in a very professional way. Please have confidence in the sellers ability to work through any issues you may encounter. Original review: Overall this is just ok. Like most products now the manufacturing is very base. Straightforward to assemble and just able to fit a normal sized microwave. After a week or so of use one of the wheel assemblies fell out of the leg. I will need to put it back in with jbweld for it to be used again. Update #2 - 07/29/2021 - The seller is willing to refund the purchase price with contingencies. Update #1 - 07/25/2021 - After being contacted by the seller and sending them a video showing the problem, here is the reply I received. Hi Rob, First take the wheel off and wrap the black plastic part with cloth, then stuff the plastic part into the pipe tightly, and last put the wheel back on. Be careful not to lock the wheel when moving the shelf, otherwise you will twist the pipe. Please let us know if it doesn't work. Thanks again for shopping with us! I'm only using this cart for ease of access storage in the kitchen - it won't be used for rolling around much or heavy use. It seems adequate for holding my 6 bottle wine cooler on the top and small appliances on the middle and bottom shelves. The shelves are about 1/2 inch thick (according to the description they are particle board) - much thinner than any other carts I own. I like the seller's warranty statement (18 mos.) but since I haven't used their customer service - I don't know how they respond to problems. Overall I would say this is OK for light utility work or storage but not so sure about heavier use. ... show more
