Bought this set as a gift for someone; they wanted something that would stand out on the carousel at baggage claim: be sturdy enough to withstand being bumped around and manhandled, and also have enough capacity to hold all that they needed. These bags were able to do all of that. The recipient also liked the built-in TSA locks, and that they moved smoothly and easily because of the wheels. A decent quality set for the price

UPDATE: I contacted the vendor, and the 28" suitcase was promptly replaced. The customer service was very professional and prompt. I changed the rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of the customer service alone. Hopefully, the new suitcase holds up. The handle on the bigger suitcase broke the 1st time I used it. What a bummer. The luggage doesn't stand up to scratches well either but I don't care much about the scratches but I do care about the the broken handle. The luggage is supposed to have a 5-year limited warranty so I will try to get it replaced or repaired. I know, good luck. The luggage is very light weight , which I love.

I travel all over the globe, took chance on the pink( I did buy a see thru cover, because it is a beautiful made suitcase) for the price. You get many extras for inside the case for packing. But what impressed me was the workmenship and they spared no expense for the interior. Never owned such a beauty for travel and the price was actually one half what I useally pay for a suit case. Thanks to Amazon I did not have to go shopping to find what I love.

Update: Second trip out- I had to leave the large suitcase at home because of the broken wheel (who wants to get stranded at the airport with a 3 legged suitcase) so I took the medium and small cases. Needless to say - one of the wheels sets is broken off/snapped off, rendering this set totally useless. I knew I was going to have problems with scuff marks but this luggage actually gets gauged and the plastic exterior shaves off. Sent notice to customer service and did not receive a response. Heartily disappointed because … I LOVE the color. Also, the mini case - the trolley strap is very lightweight and it allows the case to roll off the main luggage ORIGINAL : Almost ticked every box for me - I ordered it and in a rare period when I didn’t have to travel, the return period lapsed. And then, travel started. On the second leg of the first trip - the outside wheel on the large bag broke off, the emblems broke off of another and the zipper keeps sticking on the baby sized case. It’s so sad, because I love the color, size and style of these but just like that - snap - I’m out the large suitcase and down to 2 that I can still use. I wrote to the seller asking for their help (through Amazon) but haven’t heard back from them. Yes, it gets marked up in travel but I knew that going into this and just wipe them down with a magic eraser. Bummed because this was so close to a 5 star. #fail
