I ordered this luggage for a trip to Europe. I selected the cream color because I figured it was more photo friendly. I can only give this product a 5 on the basis of looking just as good as advertised, smooth wheels, easy spinning, easy setup for the lock, and pretty roomy. I haven’t used it yet for it’s sole purpose, so I can’t judge on durability just yet. However, once my trips comes and goes there will be an update. So my trip came and went. I actually went to Italy and my luggage was pushed/pulled along on various types of streets and surfaces. It was able to withstand the cobblestone type flooring in Florence, granted it was mostly pull, but the wheels stayed intact. It was a smooth in the airport with minimal effort due to the 360 degree wheels. I was able to move it along side me with ease. The luggage does not mark up so easily, however it did get scrapped up on the corners when I checked it in coming back home. Sliding down onto the baggage carousel is where that damage came from. If you wanted to keep that from happening, I suggest you buy a luggage cover. Regular scuffs and stains were easy to wipe away. I also suggest packing cubes to maximize the space in the luggage. The duffle bag and toiletry bag were also very durable, lightweight and made my airport process convenient. I didn't have to dig in my luggage for essentials. My favorite part of the duffle bag was the zipper pocket on the back that goes over the luggage handle. Made passport access very easy. My favorite part of the luggage was the telescopic handle. I am short and it was nice to be able to adjust it for my comfort. As for my final thought: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this luggage. It vacation perfect, it's easy push and pull, the zipper was very strong (I did use a luggage strap to keep everything together just incase), the luggage is durable and had plenty of space for all my belongings coming and going. 5/5 Very Happy Customer. *If this luggage is considered an option, just get it.*

I originally bought this set for a 5-day trip to NYC for a performance a few months ago. I used the largest suitcase to pack all of my clothes, shoes, and toiletries—even a heavy coat since it was still chilly. I also used the smallest suitcase as a carry-on, and it fit a change of clothes, shoes, light jacket, and whatever else I thought I might need before we got to our hotel. The dopp kit bag was also very useful to hold toiletries, and I’ve probably used that one the most since. Everything went smoothly. The rotating wheels allow for easy maneuvering—and they held up well between sidewalks, crosswalks, stairs, escalators, subways, buses, etc. I definitely put the handles (the non-extendable ones) through the ringer having to carry luggage up and down stairs in the subway stations, and they also held up well. One of my only complaints is that the carry-on extendable handle is on the wobbly side and cannot support holding an additional bag. I used a previously-owned bag as my “personal” bag and loaded it down with my iPad, snacks, chargers, books, etc. and the wobbly carry-on handle worried me… So I just had to carry my personal bag or support it on my checked bag when it was around. My checked bag took a few scratches from transport, but that doesn’t really bother me. It was easy to spot on the luggage carousel, though! I have since used these bags (including the duffle) for a smaller getaway, and I have no complaints. They stack easily and fit under my bed for storage, and I look forward to using them in the future. I don’t expect them to last for 10 years or anything, but I am not a heavy traveler, and they have served their purpose thus far.

I have to say it’s a pretty carry on suitcase and I love that it comes with the added on bag and name tag. However, I used it to go on my honeymoon and it didn’t even last the first day. The handle fully bent and by the end of the trip the handle was broken I had to leave the handle half way down which wasn’t comfortable and was embarrassing. It sucks i had to pay for this and it broke the first time I used it.
