Actually is 100% waterproof & works great. We drove through a rainstorm & our boat was bone dry underneath. it does fit & the straps make it snug & conceals the boat. The motor cover is very nice too.

Bought the 17-19ft one for my 1998 Stratos 295 Pro Elite dual console. Fits perfect and the material is actually really thick. This is a very good investment considering the price!
