This rotating bookshelf did take some time to assemble, but it wasn’t difficult — just time-consuming. It took a little over an hour, and while I helped some, my friend did most of the work. The instructions were clear, and once it was finished, it was absolutely worth it. I love everything about this shelf. It’s sturdy, well-made, and surprisingly space-saving. I have it completely full of books, and it handles the weight beautifully. I honestly don’t think I could fit even one more book on it. I originally planned to use it just for art and craft books, but it holds so much that I ended up mixing in journals and other books as well. At one point, I even placed a few small, unused canvases on it, and they looked great displayed there. If I had more room, I would absolutely buy a second one just to separate my personal books from my art supplies. Overall, this is a fantastic bookshelf — functional, attractive, and a great use of space. I’m very happy with it.

This is a quality book shelf. The wood is nice and solid, the craftsmanship is very good and it came with all the parts and tools required. It is perfect for a small space. The instructions were easy to follow. The only downside to the design is that the angle of the support slats means that books are also angled and do not line up straight (the shelf is essentially divided - like pizza slices, but books remain square). Nonetheless, it is sturdy, holds a lot while taking up very little space and has wheels have breaks to hold in place. It is very clean and attractive. Almost perfect and worth the one little design problem.

This is solid wood- not MDF- not laminate - solid wood. We waited for this to go on sale. Most of the cheaper ones are flimsy metal that flop around and don’t last. This is exceptionally well made although we found the wheels to be pointless and a bit of rip hazard so we took them off and put felt pads in their place. It’s totally stable and holds easily 100-140books of various sizes. I have a lot of books we had stacked on the 2nd story staircase along the sides- it looked cool but was a trip hazard and was done more out of necessity than aesthetics. This bookcase was very easy to assemble and came with a racket for the Allen key that is made to last and is really useful. The bookcase is extremely well packaged and shipped with perfect parts, and spares along with easy to follow instructions- My wife and I assembled this while watching Netflix and it went to gather very easily and fast. It’s heavy. I bought the 5 tier and once assembled downstairs, realized immediately that I should have put it together upstairs. It’s got good balance and it’s easily to wild upstairs but it’s heavy when completely assembled and would be easier to move upstairs piece by piece. You seriously can’t beat this quality. Nothing from IKEA or some other DIY store is gonna compare - they’re all MDF and junk you’ll toss out in a year. Buy it once and be done with it. Well worth the investment- sometimes it goes on sale / watched this for a month or more and tracked the price before buying. Saves a ton of space. Stands at about 50-55” or so.

Let me preface by saying that I am a short, arthritic and out of shape older woman. This rotating bookshelf took about 4 hours to put together without help. (I slept really good last night) The package came very well packed with no damaged pieces or missing parts. In fact, they were some extra tools that I did not need and A LOT of extra screws. I kept thinking that I had missed something but there are no open screw holes. Once you get the first level done the rest is very repetitive. Each lever had 4 wood dowels and 12 long screws. Each level had one screw that refused to tighten but that doesn't seem to affect the unit's stability. The holes aligned well. I did need to gently use a rubber mallet to seat the shelf on each level. That may have been because of my arthritis. It was awkward to put together, especially tightening screws underneath and would have been much easier with a second person. It is very stable and wheels easily on solid floors. I am using it on medium pile carpet and it has a small wobble, which I expected, but it still wheels without a problem. It will easily hold books that are 11.75 inches high, width might be a little more of an issue since you are dealing with a round shelf. Overall, I like this bookshelf and would recommend it.

I'm in love with this bookcase. I ordered the largest one and we actually left off the top level because it was getting a little too tall for our room. I thought it was great we were able to leave a level off without it looking unfinished. The quality is great, it seems to be real wood, not mdf or veneer. We have somewhat of a mid century style and it fits in great with that. It's very easy to access books and it holds a ton. I'd say without overstuffing it I can keep about 80 books on it and it leaves room for adding in some cute tchotchkes. Assembly was overall easy, but a little time consuming as there are a ton of pieces. It feels sturdy, and I have no worries about it tipping. We did not put the wheels on and I wish I could remove the little feet on the bottom just so it would sit completely flat on carpet, but once it's loaded with books there no wiggle.

This bookshelf was just what I was looking for. Its unique and portable if that's what you desire. The wheels it comes with are optional to install so you can leave it to sit in one location or move it around freely. It fits quite alot of books and looks nice tucked into a corner. It is solid and sturdy and I dont have to worry about any instability. I love that it comes with little woodgrain stickers to cover the screws. So far my most practical and favorite purchase.

We purchased this because it was made of solid wood. My husband started putting it together when I was not home, and when I got back, the room smelled terrible. We have had to put this in an isolated area to off-gas. It also is a tipping hazard, so you might want to find a way to affix it to the ceiling if it’s in a children’s area. On the positive side, it is a great idea, engineering, wise, and it is aesthetically pleasing to look at.
