I bought 2 sets of these earrings!!! Strange!!!! Amazon expects me to review both sets of these earrings at the same time!!! So, one set of these earrings are the 12mm size, and they are small. ~OR~ LOL Maybe I just have fat ears!!! THEY REALLY ARE SMALL!!! The 12mm look more like baby earrings!!! They are ONLY 12mm at the widest part of the loop!!! Maybe knowing that will help someone make the best decision possible for them!!! The 12mm are actually smaller than I thought they were going to be!!! Because of the small size, I probably wouldn't order them again!!! Even tho they are small, I did get them in my ears. It took a bit to get them latched, but THE LORD helped me with them, and I got them finally got them fastened!!! They are comfortable and they look really nice!!! I also bought the 14mm which are bigger than these and some Birthstone studs, as well. I am saving the larger hoops for later!!! The 14mm earrings are enough bigger that I now know that that is the size that I will buy in the future, if needed!!! I have to wear GOLD in my 2nd piercings in my ears and thankfully hoops rarely ever come off!!! I was a bit worried these would be to hard to put on but I put them on back to front and had no problem. I love that they are lightweight as I put earrings in and never take them out. they are great for sleeping in since they are light and dont have a backing that can poke. I would buy these again.

I was looking for small, gold hoops. These look beautiful, but they are very difficult to put on and I broke the wire off when I was trying to put it in my ear. They are not repairable, so waste of money.

I love how dainty and lightweight these are. I bought the 10mm ones first and now have them in my second piercing and the 12mm in my first piercing holes.
