The board itself and all accessories are top notch with the exception of the seat. The seat is junk! Very well built but the tie downs are all in the wrong place. The back collapses when you lean back in it. the seat restraints do not prevent the seat front from rising and it dumps you out backward. I tried out 8 to 10 different configurations of the restraint straps trying to make it work but none worked to provide a stable seat. There are no directions for how to set the seat up in the manual, in fact, the seat is not even mentioned at all. As a stand up paddleboard it is one of the best I've seen. The quality of the materials is really great, the non-skid surface is comfortable and grips well. Nice balance and the 550 lb rating is really great for hauling around a backpack and tent etc. If they didn't send a junk seat I would have happily given 6 stars, but it was ruined for me by the totally unsatisfactory seat, which is a necessity for my use of it. ... show more

I'm pretty sure the one I received was a defective unit that was previously used and returned as it was a little dirty, some of the floorspace looked to have minor gashes/scrapes in it, and other signs of previous use. I was fine with the fact it may have been previously used since it's just going to get dirty after the first use anyway. However, I think it was previously returned due to a leak. While taking it out for the first time I thought I noticed it getting progressively less firm with time, but over the course of 4-5 hours I thought maybe I was just imagining things. After getting off the water I checked the PSI and sure enough it was sitting around 12psi after I had inflated to 15psi. It wasn't the end of the world but I decided to double check. After getting home I reinflated to PSI and left it overnight, sure enough next morning it was around 10psi. I could hear or find where the leak was coming from but I suspect it's near the inflation valve where you can see part of the top (in picture) not covering the valve. Aside from this issue it did seem like it was well made and for the price it's hard to beat but unfortunately I will be returning and getting something else to avoid potentially running into the same issue on a replacement. ... show more

I am too late to return this. Board was used once on same day it was blown up. 4 days later it is very soft. It has not held the air. I have had many paddle boards over years and this has never happened before. Very disappointed. Suggestion...buy another brand
