Product is not as sturdy as you would think. The solar turning option does not work. Batteries installed and and the led part works fine. The turn is very noisy for such a small turner. The turn table is wobbly. This is not recommended for anything other than very lightweight items.

The media could not be loaded. Ok so I wanted these to record some video for product reviews of some smaller items. But the solar was not agreeing with me so much. I got it to do some jewelry when I was outside and by a window, well not so much. I tried to do a soda can and it could not get enough power to do a full revolution, BUT they do have the option to use a battery and after 12 videos with solar, I got a great video with the batteries and guess what, they even have a light underneath to really make it noticeable. If you are getting this for the solar please realize it really needs to be outside to work well. If you are going to use it with AA batteries, then you will be happy and it does a great job. The sound is low for light items, it was much loader with a soda can. Oh and it really was not sturdy with heavier jewelry. It would shake until the jewelery fell. Nothing to dislike. I purchased this item as a novelty for the home. It will run a long time on one battery. You have to remove the battery to make it stop. Not sure about the solar part as I do not have it in a sunny area. If you use the LED lights the battery life will be much shorter. There is a switch for the lights so you can turn them off. ... show more
