There is very little, if anything negative I can say about this product. It's done everything I've wanted to and more! It comes with 3 charging cables for different phone types. I've only used the USB-C and iPhone cables myself, but I assume the micro-USB cable works great too. The wireless charging pad is also quite handy, although it won't charge your phone as quickly as the cables will (which is to be expected). You can charge the device 3 different ways. There's a USB-A and USB-C port and either one can charge the device. To charge it from zero to 100% will take a several hours, but considering the battery size that's to be expected. The 3rd way to charge it is with the solar panel on the front of the device. This is a great feature to have, but it does come with a couple of caveats. Firstly, even if you place the device in direct sunlight on a summer day, the solar charging is pretty slow. It's a small solar panel that can only absorb so much energy at once. So I wouldn't rely on it solely to charge your device while you are on a trip. But if you want to give the battery a little boost while you're outside, it can only help. Second, although it's clearly meant to be in direct sunlight, be careful it doesn't overheat. One time while on a road trip I left it on the dashboard of my car in the sunlight to charge. When I got back to the car later and picked up the charger, it was HOT. I couldn't even hold it for more than a few seconds at a time without burning my hands. I tried turning it on but I couldn't get it to respond. I was worried for a while that I had fried it. But after it cooled down I was able to get it working and it's been fine ever since. But I'm always careful now to not let it get too hot. The battery life on the device is better than I could have hoped for. I can charge my phone from 0-100% 3 or 4 times on one charge. It has fast charging ability and I'm always impressed with how quickly it works. As I stated before, the charging pad isn't as quick, but it's handy if you don't want to plug in. A nice little bonus feature about this charger is the flashlight. It has a strobe light option as well as an SOS morse code feature. I haven't really needed either one (thankfully), but the regular flashlight has come in handy. I went backpacking recently and we were off the grid, hiking through the woods with no trails. We didn't reach our destination before it got dark, and it got DARK. Pitch black, couldn't see a thing. I pulled out the charger and used the flashlight to get us the rest of the way to our campsite. The LED lights are incredibly bright and using it for a while didn't seem to drain much of the battery. Overall I am thrilled with this product and I've already recommended it to a couple of friends. I purchased this power bank with the solar charge with high expectations due to all the hype surrounding it, but I have to say I was slightly underwhelmed. While it did the job of charging my devices adequately, I found that the performance was just average, sometimes longer charging sometimes less The design and build quality were decent, and I appreciated the compact size for easy portability. However, the charging speed was not as fast as I had hoped for, and the overall capacity seemed to fall short of the advertised specifications. I let both the ones I ordered sit in the Miami sun all day and it charged maybe half a circle…disappointed by that feature. In conclusion, its a decent option if you're looking for a budget-friendly power bank, but don't expect it to live up to all the hype. You may have to spend more for better quality ... show more

    • Not 30,000 mAh. Slow solar charging

This battery is supposed to have 30,000 mAh, but it doesn't. I received the charger with 3 dots already showing as charged (75% of the battery or 22,000 mAh) . I charged my phone from about 23% to 100%. My phone has a 3140 mAh battery size. Charging my phone from 23% to 100% used up 2 of the 3 dots (capacity 15,000 mAh) on the battery pack. Now, I'm no electrical engineer but if the battery had 30,000 mAh then 2 dots (what was used up) would be 15,000 mAh. So, there is no way that this battery bank has a 30,000 mAh capacity. Even if it only transferred the charge at 50% then it should still have only used up 1/4 of the battery, not 1/2. Edit: Further testing of the capacity of this battery bank... I fully charged the battery and charged my Garmin mini and my phone. At full charge ( 4 dots) of the battery bank it charged my Garmin mini (1250 mAh) from 23% to 100%. Then it charged my phone ( 3140 mAh) from 25% to 65% before it was fully discharged. So the full battery capacity was only able to charge 2222 mAh. That is not even close to 30,000 mAh that this is supposed to have. Edit: The solar charging is actually working. I had it in the sun from sun up, (about 6:30am) to sundown (about 8:30 pm) and it added one dot (25% of it's capacity) to the battery pack. I'm not sure how this is going to work when I'm hiking because it's not really possible to have the unit directed at the sun for the entire day. Edit. After 2.5 full days of full sun and managing the battery so that it was always facing the sun, I was only able to add 50% of this battery's capacity (from one dot to three dots). Final: I returned this. If it would have had at least the 30,000 battery bank capacity as advertised I would have kept it but the low battery capacity and the slow charging, this wasn't worth any money.
