I’m not on social media very much but even I knew that Sol de Janeiro was trending, particularly the body mists. I went and smelled both 62 and 71 in person and waited a while before deciding to actually purchase. I prefer 71 as it is a very sweet, warm vanilla that reminds me of baked goods. I decided to buy from Amazon since I don’t have an Ulta or Sephora near me. I received the bottle perfectly sealed with no leaking. I sprayed it on immediately. Holy frick the smell is incredible. I usually use Bath & Body Works body spray, but I immediately noticed a huge difference. Sol de Janeiro has only the faintest hint of alcohol smell, while B&BW has a very strong alcohol smell. The B&BW fragrance fades very quickly, but Sol de Janeiro lasted over 15 hours. To me, the price is rather high, but I consider it worth it. honestly love this body mist. for my gourmand girlies 71 smells like a sugar cookie factory & is amazing for layering or just a quick refresh. it has decent scent longevity as well considering it’s just a body mist. 10/10 will be repurchasing.

Definitely a gourmand-like fragrance that smells like sweet buttered popcorn, which I absolutely love. Lingers well throughout the day on both clothes, hair, and skin. I love the perfume bottles from SDJ, the big top with an overhang lip is accessible. It’s gorgeous to display too! This was my first purchase from SJD, as I’ve just smelled the perfumes in beauty stores but hadn’t purchased until now, but I’m definitely buying more because of how I’ve come to use this daily. The most delicious smell I have ever worn.. lol.. SMELLS GREAT!!! The only complaint I have.. is the smell doesnt last that long for the price I paid for it! But it smells so good... so I would still order it again.. and I would recommend it to anyone that loves the smell of Vanilla & Caramel!!!

So much depth. Many compliments. Best way to describe is Uniquely Delicious! Hands down Absolute favorite Sol De Janeiro scent.. Long lasting. So yummy for Fall & Winter but i love it year round. Cannot recommend enough.

If you want to walk around smelling like a delicious sugar cookie - this is it. It stays for HOURS!! Better than any expensive perfume I’ve ever purchased. Some people like a specific scent. If yours is sweet vanilla, caramel. You’ve got to try this.

So, I tried this as it was a "best seller". The fragrance was just not to my taste. The sprayer worked great and the bottle is of quality construction. The amount for the price point is appreciated. I will give this to someone.
