I over-pronate and have suffered from plantar fasciitis in my right foot for over a year. I have tried everything to get rid of it, if not just ease the pain: 3 physical therapists, 2 foot specialists, 2 cortisone shots, ultrasound, OTC and prescribed anti-inflammatory & pain relievers, stretching (with and without bands), icing, scraping, foot massage, trigger point release, taping, night splints, CAM boot, special socks, multiple orthotic inserts (prescribed and not), and shock wave therapy. Surgery was given as my last option, but the results are mixed, and I've learned that it can actually lead to more painful issues. At work, I stand on a cement floor covered by the thinnest of industrial carpeting. I had been wearing Asics Gel Kayano with an insert from a podiatrist, as it was highly recommended, the best cushioned (while being "stable") sneaker I could find. However, the foam, while is very cushy, seemed to break down relatively quickly and was not giving me the support I need. Around Christmas, my my knees and back started aching on work days in addition to the sharp foot pain. I hate to say that I got used to this, but I did. However, two weeks ago my left arch started to feel "tight", and I knew soon that stabbing, walking on glass feeling would also be in that foot. Back to the drawing board...far more research and several shoe stores later, I had almost given up until I found these shoes - the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24. The store did not have my usual size (10.5), so I ordered the grey color from Amazon - it's a nice neutral, and I liked the rose colored details that kept it a bit more feminine. The moment I put them on and stood up EVERYTHING FELT DIFFERENT - I felt taller, balanced, and more aligned! (This seemed best explained at https://runrepeat.com/brooks-adrenaline-gts-24, "This shoe belongs to the GTS (Go To Support) line, meaning a stability-focused ride with carefully-engineered features to center the foot and reduce excessive pronation. From Brooks' well-known GuideRails to the reinforced medial post—now paired with a redesigned outsole and a firmer foam—this version brings even more stability than before despite the increase in stack height.") My heel was cradled so that I felt VERY LITTLE IMPACT (39mm heel stack) when walking and standing, and the wide toe box had plenty of room. Despite the plush cushion, I felt very stable moving around my home, the office, and especially on stairs. The fit was perfect (the laces are a little on the shorter side, but not enough to warrant going up a size). I wore these shoes all the next day, and noticed that my knee and back pain had eased. I worked my longest shift the following day and was amazed at how much better I felt! Was my foot miraculously healed by this shoe? NO, at least not yet, but I have had a MASSIVE REDUCTION IN PAIN, and I have found hope again! By the end of the week, they felt SO GOOD, I ordered a second pair!

My favorite brooks so far! I have the adrenaline 22 and I love them but I love these more! I saw a bunch of reviews speaking about durability issues and width. Durability wise I think they ll do okay. I use them for gym only so indoor. On the treadmill and for other workouts. They are more stable and give better support than adrenaline 22.”, esp around the ankle. I feel that when I would do lounges my ankle was all over the place with the 22. These are so much better! I could see how the sole would get worn out sooner if used on cement because it s more foam like somehow compared to the 22 which is a classic type of sole- more resistant..but like I said I use them indoor only so for me that doesn’t matter. I think both are just fine and worth the price. Width wise - maybe they are a bit snugger BUT I prefer them like that. It feels more secure on my foot. And the mesh or fabric is so soft that it just wraps beautifully on your toe area with absolutely no pain. And I have a bunion on 1 foot. And I didn’t experience any pain whatsoever. I walk on an incline, I do lounges so I put pressure on toe area. These are soo comfortable. I think they are more comfortable than the 22. They didn’t need breaking into as opposed to the 22 that took a few days until they felt super comfortable. I think I will make the 22 - street shoes and use only these for working out! I plan on buying a second pair. I don’t even want to use the 22 when I workout bc I prefer these ones so much more. I am not saying that the 22 aren’t great, they certainly are but the 24 are better. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. They are expensive..but it is what it is. Size wise I think they are true to size - I am a 7 got 7 and it works great for both the 22 and 24. Oh and I think these look better on my feet - prettier - if one could refer as pretty for sneakers.

I ordered July 8th, 2025 and it kept getting delayed for MONTHS. Finally I decided just to cancel because it was just alot of money for me personally to be waiting on shoes that were never going to come. UPDATE 2026 (received March 4th) So I finally decided to try ordering a different color I really wanted the blue but went for the white instead I wear a size 9, had to get the 9.5 because they didn't have any in this white color in my size Pros I walk anywhere from 7-12 k steps per day, and I'm on a weight loss journey, I'm 5'10, 238 lbs, and they hold up to my size and weight. Im happy with the way they feel when I walk, even on longer walks on the treadmill I can feel the cushion spring back from my weight and it feels good! I like the color, obviously they didn't stay pure white for long, but I expect that. I wear these daily, I got them March 4th and this is how they look today April 2nd. I wore them on a cruise vacation and I was thankful for them, on the cruise we walked 20k + steps daily and up and down stairs too. The toe box / height of the shoe is nice, it's not your typical skinny foot tennis shoe which I love, I don't know if that's because I went up half a size though, so if you want more toe room maybe go up half a size. Cons The shoe laces are SO SHORT, as you can see in the photo. I can barely get it into a bow, they do hold, it's a somewhat stretchy shoelace and they are very soft, just short as could be. Stability, the heel does keep its shape but there is some wiggle, and podiatrists recommend a very sturdy heel. Heat - boy to my feet get HOT in these, I know they are mostly mesh and have air holes but sometimes my feet feel like I'm putting them into hot coals or straight into a fire. That could be a personal thing or a shoe thing, I'm not entirely sure. The inside of the shoe collects all amounts of hair and the print on the logo on the sole was gone pretty quickly too (see in photos) there's just the underpart of where the logo was. I really wish had they my size and color I wanted instead of just the white

The Adrenaline 24 a dream shoe for me. I have the 23 as well along with multiple Ghost pairs. But this pair of Adrenaline is special. Supportive although I do wear my own insoles in all Brooks shoes, its the mechanics (guts) of the shoe I like. 74 yo female health freak 130 lbs 5'3. I'm more than sure I'll buy Adrenaline again. I bought a light blue size 8 and fits my workout regimen perfectly. Company shipping was even abit earlier than stated, perfect condtion and packing. No breakin time required but I do rotate shoes just to stop any weird wear pattern from some of my bad walking/jogging habits which is me not the shoe.

This shoe is a great fit for someone with a somewhat pronounced arch. I love the design, clean look and feel of this sneaker. Great for jogging and in the gym. Supportive shoe without the bulky look of some others. The GTS24 is a favorite of mine! Toebox is roomy, sole is well-cushioned and the look is feminine and modern.

I hate spending this much money on myself but I have been in so much pain I just didn’t care anymore. These shoes have been amazing. They are lightweight but you feel well balanced. I don’t go through my day of 12,000-24,000 steps day in pain anymore.

These are one favorite style and brand of exercise/running shoe. They are comfortable and breathable. Black was easier to match with everything. I loved them. They were slip resistant, and honestly could still use them after a year and I work out close to every day. I don't run marathons but I do walk and jog a lot and use them for just about everything else.
