I usually wear a 3X, but with this item I had to go up to a 6XL just to get a comfortable fit. The sizing runs extremely small, so definitely size up—maybe even two or three sizes. Once I found the right size, it fit well and looked good. Just be prepared for a little trial and error with sizing.

The material is ok but has no stretch whatsoever. I normally wear an XL or XXL based on the product. As other comments have stated, I bought two sizes up and a 4XL fit well everywhere but the shoulders. The shoulders were extremely tight and made this unwearable.
