While I love the convenience of the individual bottles I’m happy they offer refills. It’s better to not feel I’m being wasteful by purchasing the refills. As long as it’s a good price I’ll continue to buy refills mostly. I like the variety of soft soaps offered. The scents are nice and some are antibacterial. You don't know how much you like something, until it's gone. My girlfriend switched our hand soap and I couldn't wait til it was gone, so I could get back to my Milk & Honey Softsoap.
