Couple pieces of wood were chipped/cracked, hoping that doesnt affect the integrity of the bed as it would have been a pain to return entire thing. Overall pretty happy, seems sturdy, check back with me in 6mos 😆

I bought this bedframe for my son who likes to climb under things. The bedframe was surprisingly easy to assemble and I was able to put it together myself in about an hour or so. I will say though, be prepared to have to manually screw a lot. The slats for the bedframe you have to screw through the wood yourself with no guide holes. I got cramps in my hand with it but if you have an electric drill you will probably be alright. ... show more

The bed is quite sturdy. The recommended max weight is 150lb but i'm able to get on there with my daughter and i'm 160lbs. The slide is sturdy as well and I have no worries with her going up amd down. I purchased a 10" twin mattress which is too high and defeats the purpose of the side rails and also adds to the drop on the slide which she says hurts so look into something smaller. The underside stores her toys and helps out when placing a bed in a smaller room. We also store her books under the stairs. The bed has two mounting slots for the slide so you can choose either side and the empty side can be used for sitting which my daughter likes to dangle her feet over the emtpy side instead of over the rail. I love the thickness of the stairs since my daughter is 5 I have no worries with her climbing down late at night to use the restroom which was a major concern with the other beds that have ladders instead. Assembly took about an hour give or take and the instructions were easy to follow just be sure to read and look at the images closely. Very cool bed. My 4-year-old son loves it. The instructions were pretty straight forward for assembly. Some parts had damage as shown in photos. Overall, good for the price.

It took over an hour to assemble, would be helpful to have two adults building it. It seems very sturdy. The loft height is not too high, it’s perfect for my 4 year old. A twin bedding set and mattress fits on it great. My daughter uses the slide on the daily and so far it’s holding up! You CAN move the side the slide is on, but can not move the side the stairs are on. ... show more

It was tough getting all this up stairs to our apartment!!! They are super duper heavy you cant carry them by yourself. They come in 2 boxes. 1 for the slide and the other for the rest. First when I opended the box it didnt look clean, its got lots of finger prints and marks. The white painting looks umm cheap? Some parts are painted some are laminated The painted parts, you can see thru and see the wood. I could paint better. And as you can see in the pictures many parts have little cracks or just the wood chips falling off the edges. If you touch it you know it could easily pick your fingers! It doesnt seem sturdy, i wouldnt feel 100% safe with my child sleep/play in it. Plus!!!! It is a Pain in the butt when you assemble this!!!!! You have to assemble every little screw with 1 teeny tiny little L shaped screw driver thing. It takes foreverrrrrrr and your hands hurt!!! We just bought the same drill part and used it with our drill. Lol AND the hole and the screw/part dont match for the slide lol Back side was not the back side.. We had to twist and turn every way to match the hole and screw so it works?? Overall, it is not worth the price to be honest. Ikea has way better quality and way way cheaper!! Only if they had bunk beds with slides I would have bought theirs. Im only keeping it cause its extremely heavy to put them back together and return. Its impossible. And my son likes it so :/ Not a good quality tho.. so keep in mind!!!!! ... show more
