I've used travel sim cards before in my phone but this one would not connect. There was no good way to reach out other than through Amazon but ended up with no response. I ended up using a different service through an app. Probably better to do that as if there is anything wrong, you will be able to have a way to contact them. My son was going on a 10 day trip to Japan with the State wrestling team. I ordered this so he could stay in touch and let us know how he was doing. Unfortunately, the SIM did not work in his phone.     • It works!
I did hesitate to purchase this sim card since there were no reviews. But it worked. The only thing issue was the language was not English when you inserted the sim card. Just follow the instructions included.

Got to Japan. Changed the SIM card but was not working. They have an email address in case like that. But that is not useful when you cannot get connected. I end up buying another SIM card in Japan.
