I have bought these shoes for many years and they were always comfortable. Yes, it took some time to stretch them, but they eventually fit well. I bought them again in a medium and could not get into them at all. I'm still trying to stretch them out, a month later. In the meantime I bought a pair in wide and that took some time to stretch as well. Hopefully they will fit better. It seems as though the company changed the way they make this shoe and not for the better. I'll continue to buy them, however, because I like the way they look. Hopefully the next pair will be improved.

Bought these for a wedding. They fit wonderfully and are super comfortable. Wore them the entire time without discomfort. Heel height was just right. Shoes were dressy yet comfy.

Purchased this shoe in size 10w for a wedding, and the width and height of heel are perfect. Runs long so my foot was slipping out at the heel when I walked. Will probably place an insert inside to see if it helps.
