The color of this is absolutely gorgeous it's a deep color that used to be called Oxblood red. Fresh out of the bag it does not have a harsh leather smell. It has a lovely shaped to the front pocket which is a slip in with magnetic clasp. The center zipper pocket opens very smoothly to a two-sided interior. The lining is very nice heavy material in chocolate brown there's a zipper pocket on one side and a leather bound zipper pocket on the opposing side. The center pocket is big enough for me to put my Note 10. On the back of the pocketbook there's another zipper pocket for things like quick cash. Included is a long strap which can be made shorter if you wanted to carry this as a crossbody briefcase. The handles that go over the arm have an interesting little attachment that keeps them together. The stitching is even it is beautifully finished everything that is meant to be leather is leather and very very nicely done. I don't think I've had such a good experience buying a pocketbook online ever before it's the right size and width for the things that I need. I love that it has four little silver feet to keep the bottom from getting scuffed. It came shipped in a synthetic fabric bag which I will use to store it. But I don't think I'm going to be storing it very often it's so gorgeous I want to take it and show it off. The craftsmanship of this handbag is tremendous considering the price which seems to be very low for a quality fully lined well made leather bag. ... show more

This is a great bag and is exactly as advertised. I like that it is a leather bag, the color is a nice deep red and not bright or obnoxious, and I like that there are no cheesy logos or brand names on the bag. The leather is very soft, so if you put the bag on a table it is not going to stand up and hold it's shape, it will slouch over. Very roomy inside and a good sized pocket on the outside large enough for my work and personal cell phones to be easily accessible. There is the connected shorter double strap and it also comes with a detachable longer adjustable strap so you can carry it crossbody style or you can use the detachable strap as a shoulder strap if you need extra length to carry the bag over your shoulder. No weird smell when taking it out of the package, either. I am very happy with this bag, and would not hesitate to order another bag from this company in the future. ... show more

I really like this bag. I like that it smells like leather . I don’t like a stiff bag but it is very soft . . It’s Roomy and has inside and outside zipper pockets and slip pockets that are very handy. It is a little bigger than I expected it to be but it holds a lot. It is very attractive and well made. I think it will stand the test of time. The things I don’t like is that it has a middle divider pocket, that’s just a personal preferences. It is heavy. The weight is a problem for me. It is far to heavy to use while traveling or anything else you can think of where you have to carry it for long periods of time. This alone may be a dealbreaker for me.
