In the past several months, I have purchased several pair of readers at my drug store. All were lightweight, had flimsy (and in one case broken) side joints, and slightly foggy lenses. One frame broke for no apparent reason. The quality of these readers is as high as the expensive prescription glasses I have purchased at optometry stores.
