packaging is great. it actually came in a shoebox so no creases. I wear a size 8.5 got a 9 instead and it fits me perfectly. Runs a bit small. Not enough room for thick winter socks tho. A little bit narrow. it has no side zipper so you have to slides your feet in. The price was great and it seems sturdy. Excited to wear it for the Fall/Winter.

They are really nice style. We're not sure about the quality yet as we've only had them a few months, but so far so good. My son does take very good care of his shoes so we haven't seen any scuff marks yet as other reviews have mentioned. He is also a size 11 and found that they fit true to size which is hard to find.

The media could not be loaded. Fits true to size. Very comfortable when I walked around Japan in the winter. I also wore it through some heavy snow to get across cabins in our ski resort. They are waterproof and are very useful in this weather. I lined it with some wool socks and they were a little bit tight then. You can go by with regular socks and still go true to size as it will break in the more you use it. For reference, I am a size 7.5W (women's wide) and I ordered 7.5. The height is cute and stylish and still comfortable for walking.

I really like these boots and they’re very comfy but after less than 6 months of wearing them, they started making squeaking noises with every step. It’s a bummer but I stopped wearing them because of how loud the squeaks are. Also FYI if you have TSA precheck, they set off metal detectors at the airport.
