I first purchased these boots about a year and a half ago for work. After many attempts on buying from other brands on Amazon, this one fit like a glove. I don’t have skinny feet, but I don’t have super wide feet either so the boot fits very comfortable. Very easy to slip on. Easy to take off. Good quality. The perfect shade of black. It goes with anything. I wore these boots almost every day. So that’s why they look so beat up but there’s still so much good tread left on the heel. It’s worth the amount of money I paid for. I hope they never discontinue these boots.

I have 4 other pairs of soda boots and I’ve been buying this brand for almost 8 years! I always wear a size 7 and it has been the perfect size for me. I bought a size 7 in these shoes, and my toes can touch the end of the shoe when I’m walking, so that was pretty shocking and annoying when I tried them on. I almost returned them to get a bigger size, but I wasn’t sure if a 7.5 would be too big so I just kept the 7s and hoped they would stretch out a little. I’ve been walking around in them for the past 2 weeks and they’ve held up so far. Even wore them when I hiked down and up all the stairs at the Point Reyes lighthouse and my feet were not sore afterward. I wear thick socks for comfort and warmth, and my toes aren’t too smooshed despite touching the end of the shoe when I walk. Honestly the shoes are really cute and pretty comfy, and I would’ve given 5 stars if the sizing wasn’t weirdly small! I may have to try and find this style in stores somewhere to try on a bigger size before committing to purchasing a certain size online next time. Edit 1/9/24 Okay I just went ahead and ordered the white boots in a half size up (7.5) and they just got delivered today. They are perfect! I definitely recommend sizing up by a half for this particular boot!

I bought these boots because I wanted a cute, cost-effective fall/winter boot that looks good with anything. Style-wise, they look great. The color was true to photo, the elastic wasn't stretched, and the chunky sole was exactly what I was looking for. People compliment the boots a lot - I often hear that they "look comfortable". However, after wearing these for almost an entire year, the soles are still really stiff. If I wear these boots for an entire day, my feet hurt by the end. I'm afraid to bend the soles too much, it seems like they'll snap in half or detach from the body of the boot. At times, it's difficult to walk down stairs because the sole is rigid. It feels like I need to lock my knees to keep the boots intact. If you're willing to choose fashion and price over comfort, these boots are a good option. Consider getting an insole or wearing thick socks for extra padding.

These are a good value for the price, I wore them on a school trip to Washington DC as a teacher/chaperone during the winter and I wore them from literally sun up to way past midnight most days and my feet were fine even after walking miles a day and not one blister. They are slip on and do not have an annoying zipper, do a great job of keeping moisture out, the color is great. I used and abused these and I feel like they will stand the test of time, but they are fake leather so I feel they may eventually peel or get scratched though that has yet to happen.
