I ordered this mirror to use when I travel. It is exactly what I was looking for! Itโ€™s a good size & light weight. Love the fact it has a USB cord or you can use batteries if you prefer. I also like the fact you can turn the mirror vertically or horizontally. I would definitely recommend! NOW for the customer service. When I received my order, the mirror appeared to be an item that had been returned. It had makeup finger prints on the back, the USB cord was missing & the makeup sponges were not included. I immediately contacted the company about an exchange & had the replacement in 3 days, no questions asked. To me, thatโ€™s EXCELLENT customer service. This mirror is powerful & it shows every mark on your face. The only problem I have with it stuck on my bathroom mirror for shaving is you have to get on a certain angle to see clearly. I have my older mirror just above it still & use both to shave.
