I saw this type of lighted mirror in the bathrooms of two different hotels on a recent trip. They put out a lot of light. So, when I returned home, I decided to buy one. The bathroom lights were above the sink and mirror, so I replaced both lights and mirror with this purchase. I replaced the light's wiring with a recessed outlet so I could plug it in directly behind the mirror. But the directions indicate that you can also cut off the plug and wire it that way like a conventional wall mounted light fixture. This one could be mounted vertically or horizontally. You can change the brightness and/or the color warmth. And it has a heat element in the center to aid in defogging the mirror. All can be adjusted, controlled, or powered on with controls built into the mirror. If you are using the wall switch, it remembers the previous settings. I'm certain I will be purchasing additional mirrors for the other bathrooms. Recommend so far.

When I purchased my house 11 years ago, I didn't like the large framed mirror and *ugly* light fixture over my bathroom vanity. (See "Before Photo.") When I researched potential replacements, I decided that an LED-lighted mirror would be perfect. My electrician installed the mirror yesterday, and I love it. (See "After Photo.") It's much heavier than my electrician and I anticipated, so I had to provide some assistance (holding onto the bottom edge of the mirror) as he lifted it into place. I the anti-fog feature is nice, and I especially like the three lighting choices (daylight, "white" light, "blue" light), which are comparable to my LED lighted makeup mirror, and the ability to adjust the brightness of each one.

While this mirror arrived in great shape and looks as pictured, the issue is the included brackets for hanging this mirror are not adjustable. Our mirror tilts towards the ceiling and there doesn't appear to be any other way to mount it. Ideally the mirror would not tilt, however, if it had a tilt towards the sink below, I'd be okay with that. Given my wife and I are not tall, and the mirror is mounted about 6 inches over the bathroom sink, we get to see every from our shoulders to the ceiling. It would be nice if the mirror had an adjustment to correct this, but they include fixed brackets and nothing else.
