Great product! I'm a genealogy buff, and am in the process of transferring everything to hard copies. One of the types of information is the listing of names, so I opted to put them in alphabetical order with pointers to the pedigree charts on 3X5 index cards. A lot of index cards. Like twelve thousand (so far). This box is perfect, and looks really snazzy. And, it's stackable (did I mention the twelve thousand + cards?). Minor quibble: the cards are a very snug fit. It arrived flat and I wondered what the *&$!? But I quickly figured out the sides fold up and snap together. It looks like the old fashioned ones from my childhood. As I recall, it claims to hold 1100 cards - eyeball measuring says that's probably accurate. Will be ordering many more of these. ... show more

It is an excellent product in terms of sturdiness, ease of assembly, and probably in durability (I've only had it a few days). My problem is one that's likely the result of less than optimal Quality Control at the manufacturer's. The cover doesn't fit onto the box smoothly. To use the cover, I have to fiddle with it to make it go down over any 4th corner - every time. It gets stuck every time due to a slightly wrong cut. Annoying... ... show more

I bought the 5x8 size boxes to store postcards, greeting cards and other 4x6 to 5x8 size cards. Works fine, seems strong, can't tell regarding longevity yet but I'd say they will last a good deal long than shoe boxes.

Sturdy-ish. It will do the job it's purchased for, but the lid goes on with a trick. You have to very carefully maneuver it on so it works. Frustrating but you get what you pay for.

This product is exactly as advertised. Quality and looks nice! My ONLY issue is that sometimes if you move it around too much, the snaps come undone. That is purely my preference for how I use it. I move it around, put it on a shelf, pull it out, go through it constantly. That being said, it hasn't come undone to the point where it fell apart or spilled. Even with this issue I haven't bought a different one to replace it! If this is something you won't move, it'll be great! Perfect for just storage! Advantage is when you aren't using it, it breaks down and stores flat! Recommend a different one if you plan to pull it out a lot. ... show more
