I bought this to weigh down a pot with artificial flowers that is outside winter and summer. I tried a ceramic pot that is on the heavy side but found it smashed after a wind storm. The new pot I put the rocks and artificial flowers in is plastic so its light. It has made it through several wind storms and had not tipped over. Even if it does, the rocks will be able to be swept up and "re-potted". :) ... show more
