I really like it. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and comfortable, making it perfect for long shifts. The fit is flattering, and I appreciate the professional look. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the sleeves are a bit long for me, even though I ordered my usual size. I had to roll them up, which isn’t a huge issue, but it would be nice if there were more sleeve length options. I weigh 125 bls 5 ft 6in and ordered a medium. The fit was loose on me but I liked that I was able to move my arms and not feel like it was tight. The fabric was not stretchy or smooth but the jackets were well made and somewhat softish. As far as looks go, I never considered the jacket flattering.
