I’ve had this for a few days now, and I’m honestly surprised by how much I like it. I figured the “fogless” claim was mostly hype, but it actually stays clear even in a super steamy, hot shower. Shaving in the shower is finally practical—no more running to the sink with soap all over my face. The zoom feature is another thing I didn’t think I’d use, but it’s genuinely handy; you just don’t get that with a regular mirror. Putting it up was ridiculously easy: wipe the wall, peel the backing, stick it on, done. I love that it pops off quickly for charging and snaps right back in place. The battery easily lasts me several days between charges. The lights are plenty bright (way more than I usually need), but the fact that you can dim them is perfect for my dimly lit bathroom. The ability to run apps has been a game-changer—I’ve watched YouTube videos, streamed music, and caught up on the news while brushing my teeth or getting ready. The sound is solid, better than I expected from something in the bathroom, and the touchscreen feels smooth and responsive, like it belongs on a higher-end device. It’s splash-proof, so I don’t worry about it being close to the shower spray (just don’t dunk it, obviously). The UVC cleaning light with its auto shut-off is a nice little bonus too. This is a unique product and not without its flaws, but for those who are looking for specific functions, its the only option out there. Pros: 1. Fogless mirror - actually works and is fogless. I take hot showers and I need a mirror to shave my face. I also cut my own hair, so its great for that too. 2. Video/web surfing - it has all the functions of an android tablet. 3. Sanitizing light - seems to work. Not a scientist so I can’t verify. 4. Light - several modes of light and it gets BRIGHT. I like that its built into the device and not in some menu on the touch screen. 5. Privacy - it has a physical camera blocker, which is absolutely necessary when having something mounted in your shower. Cons: 1. Mounting. Mine fell a few times and I had to finally use industrial grade glue and caulk to get it to stay put. I guess it comes with the territory since its as heavy as a tablet and has to stick to a smooth surface with lots of heat and steam. 2. Audio. I’m not a fan. Its better than a phone or a normal tablet, but not as good as the Boom 3 that I use instead. As of now, it is unable to send audio to the bluetooth speaker, so I have to use my phone for that. Overall it seems like a good idea and has held up well to several weeks of use. I’ve been using it for a few days now, and I’m really impressed! The fogless mirror works perfectly, even when the bathroom gets super steamy, the zoom feature is actually very handy, and the lights are bright and adjustable. UVC feature is a great add on. About 4-5 years ago, I went in search of some sort of waterproof tablet that I could mount in my shower so I could listen to music and/or watch tv while showering. I thought this would be an easy thing to find, but to my surprise, I could not find anything at all that solved this problem. I stumbled upon a kickstarter for a device that is now known as Bluvy, and I became an early backer. I received updates on the product throughout the years, but was never sure if it would actually come to fruition. However, now it is here, and might I say it is wonderful. It does exactly what I wanted it to do, with a nice big screen, and it's made my showers so much more fun. It's running android so pretty easy to get whatever apps you want. While the resolution could be a little bit higher, it's still 1080p and honestly it's so much fun catching up on some TV or listening to music while showering. My wife was entirely skeptical of this purchase at first, but she was converted in basically a day. We liked it so much, we just bought a second one for our guest room. Kudos to the team for putting together a great product, and we are excited to see it evolve over the years. ... show more

My husband shaves his head and is really big into his home automation, and this product was the perfect combination of both function and entertainment. He's able to clearly see in the mirror while shaving, even in the fog of our shower, while also being able to tie in our existing home automation system, YouTube, music and other features. The tablet also allows you to utilize the screen vertical or horizontal, as well as the ability to angle the mirror to your liking. It even has a spot to store multiple razors! Every morning, I use it in the shower to watch the news, making my routine way more enjoyable (and keeping me informed while I rinse off the sleep). My son has even claimed it for his bath time entertainment—because apparently, bath toys just don’t cut it anymore. The Bluetooth speakers are surprisingly great, the LED lighting is perfect, and the UV light feature is just awesome. No more foggy mirrors or struggling to shave blindly.
