  • Most Comfortable Goggles I've even worn
I recently was in the market for a new pair of swim goggles. I bought a very popular brand and found that they either hurt my face/eye sockets or leaked. I then searched on-line for the most comfortable swim goggles and this new brand popped up. Besides the customer reviews, what sold me on the product was how they designed their gasket - the air cushioned gasket made perfect sense. For the same amount of force, the large surface area would reduce the overall pressure. They also did a fantastic job with the head strap adjustment - the engineering here was stellar. I have now worn my Snake & Pig Basilisk Swim Goggles for almost a mile of swimming. I have never had to readjust my goggles or let water out during the entirety of my swim. Once I put them on, I don't touch them until I'm done. And, I don't have "Goggle Eyes" afterwards. Yes, it's a strange name for a brand but the goggles are fantastic. ... show more

  • Love 'em! First goggles I've owned that don't leak and are relatively comfortable!
I've tried seemingly every type of swim goggles (and masks!) to enjoy both comfort and no leaks when I swim and no highly indented, raccoon face afterwards. These goggles, at least for me, keep the leaks at bay, are relatively comfortable (nothing tight is perfect!), and leave relatively minimal indentations in my face. I like that they're tinted brown/gold, so the goggles serve to lesson the sun's glare outside and brighten up my swimming inside, as if a golden sun were out. Take it from someone who has searched far and wide for goggles that perform the way I want them to, buying, as I have, multiple snorkeling masks and many inexpensive and expensive pairs of goggles just to find some that work. These goggles do, plus, the roller tightener for the band is a wonderful addition! ... show more

  • Great deal, but side buckles for strap adjustment cause leaking
UPDATE AFTER USING FOR SIX MONTHS: Unfortunately it’s hard to continue to recommend these goggles. It’s a shame because the seal is amazing. Unfortunately, they have these huge buckles on the side of the goggles. Any decent velocity (especially of the wall of diving) catches the drag they produce, breaking the seal. There isn’t a session that goes by where they don’t leak for this reason. If the buckle was moved to the back they’d be the perfect goggle; unfortunately, my quest for training goggles needs to restart. Attaching a photo to show the problem area. I’m a former competitive swimmer, and still swim a few times a week for an hour plus. I remember the days where if you weren’t wearing a Speedo bodysuit you weren’t going to medal at the Olympics, so I’ve always been pretty brand loyal. Unfortunately, the skin under my eyes is getting more and more sensitive to goggles. I tried upwards of 10+ goggles on Amazon — all the usual brands. All the styles (I even tried a tri aqua mask… don’t do this if you get any speed). These are the first goggles that fit, don’t leak, and don’t leave me with marks under my eyes. The nose piece doesn’t rub the bridge of my nose. As with all things your mileage may vary, but after one session, I think I’ve found my forever training goggle. ... show more

  • fits large heads great
I liked that the nose bridge was adjustable, I have a large head and always have trouble with goggles leaking. With these goggles I have no leaks at all and they are very comfortable.

  • LOVE these goggles! BUT
They DO leave marks around my eyes. Sadly, anatomy makes goggles difficult for me - my eyes are large and set wide apart, my nose is wider and my face is narrow. That means that most goggles designed for standard European faces don't work well for me. I used to adore the old Barracuda goggles because the nose bridge was soft and adjustable (not just 3 set sizes), the foam around the eye pieces didn't press as hard into the tissue inside the orbital bone and taking them off didn't involve pulling them off to break the suction. Also, one could repair them a piece at a time which made them more sustainable. However, they aren't made any longer and the deadstock elastic and foam doesn't work as well. So I've moved on to these and I like the packaging. A pair lasts me about 6 months (I swim 5 days a week in a salt water pool). I do carry them in my old Barracuda case which doesn't crush them and has them last a little longer. ... show more

  • Best goggle ever
These goggles leave only a slight mark that goes away quickly. Other goggles left marks that lasted hours. They really do keep the water out. The adjustment for a snug fit is as simple as it gets. Best goggles I’ve ever used. But the yellow colored ones are just weird and I don’t recommend at all. The mirrored ones are losing the finish. I wish they’d make a clear lens with no extra finish at all. Despite this problem, it’s the only goggle I will ever buy when I need new ones. ... show more

  • The best goggles, no marks and tight seal!
These goggles are a game changer! My old goggles left marks around my eyes all day after a morning swim! These are minimal if any at all!! Well worth the $$ in my opinion!!

  • Hopefully this last longer then my first
Pair which I bought in April and lasted 5 months of daily pool swimming. Very comfortable and easy to adjust, however for $35 I wouldn't expect the plastic clasp to break
