Smelled like gas or oil or chemicals or something, but it didn't bother me as I had a balloon machine to blow them up. If you were blowing them up yourself, I think the smell would definitely irritate you. However, the balloons were cute & stylish. I added a red color for the full western look. They received many compliments at the party and lasted until the next day when my oldest wanted to pop them all. None popped while blowing them up, but I only filled them all partly to make our balloon garland. I'm not good at decorating, so don't judge the balloons by my creativity. ... show more

These balloons were beautiful. They held up for the whole party with not a single one popping. They actually get pretty big and come with a decent amount of balloons. I would save this is definitely with the money!
