We got these for my wife because she has a very narrow face, and we thought these would fit well in her smallish helmet, as well as allow her to wear her glasses. But while these googles have the cutouts for glasses, they only fit very narrow glasses. I have a pair of narrow computer glasses that are just a bit over 5", and they fit, but her glasses are closer to 5 1/2" and do not.

I bought these at half off, and I’m very happy with them. They never fog, and any ice that accumulates on the outside can be easily wiped off. I have the “everyday green mirror” lens, which I find good for Colorado resort skiing. This particular lens is a little light for full sun above tree line, but it’s never bothered me, and the trade off is great performance in the trees and flat light. It also came with a rose lens, which has me comfortably skiing storm/low light. The lens changing mechanic is perfect, the case is excellent. The field of vision is the best I’ve seen, allows me to see riders approaching from all angles. I am not bothered at all by distortion on the bottom — i believe that’s how it extends your field of vision. If you’re not looking directly at it (which I don’t, since it’s my far peripheral vision…) you wouldn’t even notice it. One complaint: An adjuster clip on the strap broke after a couple years. The strap is still hanging on without it, but waiting on Smith to replace.

I got these goggles for a crazy deal on an off season sale to replace my anon m4 goggles that had damaged lens. The cost of a new anon lens and the price of these on sale wasn’t much so I figured I’d give em a shot and couldn’t be happier I did. I was just simply hoping for better ventilation with this goggle as my anons would always fog up on me and truthfully wasn’t expecting a vast difference with the 4D technology having come from a large frame goggle already but all I can say is wow. The increased field of view is ridiculous even over the anon m4 and the ventilation system is by far superior. It is hard to justify the price for these but these are the highest end goggle I’ve ever worn hands down and worth every penny, even more so if you can find them on sale. If anyone is looking for a high end goggle and debating between these or anon m4, I would say to go with the 4D mag as the pros of this goggle outweigh the benefits of having anon mfi. 100% would buy these again even at full price.

Great for seeing more while cruising down the mountain and feeling confident. Feels much safer to be able to see if someone is next to you more easily and faster. For snowboarding it makes strapping in the back foot easier also since you can see what you’re doing (if you stay standing when strapping, check out some YouTube videos on this if you’re still sitting in the snow getting cold strapping in). Definitely get these goggles if your wallet allows for it.

First impressions are that these are an incredible pair of goggles. Fit is perfect on my face which is a little more narrow. The lenses are beautiful and they feel more comfy to me than Anon M4’s. Everything is preference though when it comes to fit. The field of view for me is noticeably more, feels more natural. Can’t wait to test these out in Utah!
