The media could not be loaded. I have purchased from this particular company at least 9 different wigs. It's time the quality has been top tier but recently with the last two orders I have noticed a decline in how the wigs look, quality and length. Before my 12-in would clearly hit my shoulders and I ordered two wigs a 12 and 14 and as you can see from the video they are both the same length barely touch the bottom of my ear. I looked at the pictures below stretched it out and measured it based on the diagram on how it should be measured and it's literally reading 9 in on the 12-in and about nine and a half on the 14 inch in the longest area. My weeks in the past which are so have are at least 2 years old and measure 13 on one and 12 on the other so more true to length. I'm not sure if they've changed management or they got a new supplier but I've also noticed the color is not completely consistent if you look at the video below you'll see that my roots are a different color then the actual hair and it appears that everything was dyed to try to get it to blend. Last but not least the comb is literally hanging off and on for dear life by one single thread I order a 28 inche and I tried to cancel it because I do not want a wig that I cannot wear and will have to just send back! Do not buy this wig.
