We have had this machine for only 3 months and the handle no longer works, I have tried to contact the seller and they said to contact Amazon. Amazon said to contact the seller. So round and round and back and forth we go. I only need the handle and I know the warranty of 30 days has expired but it should last longer than 3 months. This is the best rotary tool I've ever used and I have used several. The quick change tool system is SO much better than other units requiring wrenches. It does not have a ton of torque compared to many other units but that's a worth while trade for the stuff I do. Your not going to hog away with a large diameter cutting wheel with this unit. It's also very quiet, like massively more quiet than any dremel for instance. Like 1/10th the noise if I had to throw a number out. Not even as loud as the air driven units at the dentist. When I initially got the motor it to turn on, I plugged in the foot pedal and didn’t work again. A piece of junk.
