Received our order of patient charts. they were scattered in a box twice as large as needed, some bent in the middle some bent on the corners. These pics were taken when almost all of the charts were removed, I should have taken one when I opened it! What happened to the box they normally come in? Appears they opened a box and just dumped it in a larger one or I just got a bunch of left over, miscellaneous, bent charts. Charts are expensive! Not even sure that I received the correct amount. So why the end design? Most use, would assume, is for medical office which requires storage in a locked cabinet. No cabinet is designed to have files stored vertically. You'll wish you knew: 1.) won't fit in standard file cabinet 2.) the tabs are not visible when stored as they are on side, not top, so there goes the ability to find your charts while filed. What to say about folders. They seem to be what I expected. They hold up for what I need, the file fasteners seem to be securely affixed to the folder. Don't think I could expect anything more.

Very thin and cheap feeling. Definitely not the same quality as the Blue Summit I had previously ordered. Changed over to these because the previous ones were no longer available on subscribe&save. Do not open box before return window expired but I will not make this mistake again.
