I've purchased these several times, both for work and home use. They are as pictured - a nice bright blue. They are a solid folder with consistent sizing on the hook for hanging the files. The most annoying thing ever is to have hooks that are just a bit off in a package, and not one box of these has had this issue. The paper and plastic labeling that comes with this is also easy to use. Sometimes the plastic is feisty or the paper is too stiff, thick, or thin, which makes it hard to create the label.
