The item was packaged nice and my daughter loves it. what has me on edge is that I was looking for a warranty and a protection plan. They emailed me and told me that it had a yr warranty because when I order it I didn't see any other option so I asked. I just so happened to go back and look at the item and now it has an option to get a 4-year protection plan for $14.99 I was so pissed because that wasn't there when I made the purchase because I was emailing about that. I shouldn't have ordered it but I wanted my daughter to have it for Christmas and everything would of been fine if I didn't go back and see that the option is there. Also the sticker sheet that supposed to be included was not in the package. she really wanted that to help her learn the notes and I still want that for her. Other than that everything else was fine I just don't like to be lied to or have false advertisement.

Bought this for our grandson. He went NUTS! It’s the perfect size, seat is nice, headphones are a great edition. As you will surly need them! lol There are also many options for different instrument & companion music types/beats. He played with it all night, and started again as soon as he woke up the next day. Really a super gift! Only issue I have is that the instructions are very limited. There are SO many buttons for options, but no real explanation on how to change sounds / accompanying beats, etc. So, you just kind of have to push things until you figure it all out. Up side, kids seem to like figuring it all out. All in all, Great value for what you get.

Perfect size for my almost 9 year old! My 6 year old & my husband & I also find it easy to use, though! (: The Mic & headphones are cheap quality, but the piano is great quality for the price & the headphone and mic do the job! So I have no complaints! Highly recommend purchasing piano keyboard stickers (pictured) separately & a piano song book for beginners! My daughter was learning right away & loves it!

The keys are not full sized. They are not miniature either, but I could tell immediately that the keys are a little smaller. This might be good for kids or people with small hands, but I was unaware that the keys were smaller when I bought it. The volume is too loud. On the lowest setting it isn't bad. It is functional but I was hoping to have it quieter. The lowest setting is a little too loud for my ear buds and a little too loud to play at night if your apartment shares a wall with another apartment. There's a few issues with the sound. It's fine but I would't use it to play at a talent show or anything. The sound is fine if you are just playing for fun or learning. But it's about like listening to a speaker talk through a microphone with descent microphone ability but sometimes there's a brief, quiet scratchy sound. Like somebody who's not perfect speaking through a microphone, the keyboard is not perfect playing through a microphone but it is definitely ignorable. The keys feel a little flimsy if you play too hard. The keys feel a little flimsy if you play too hard, but it isn't that bad at all. You just can't pound on the keys. The drum setting is cool and some of the alternate sounds like the flute, trumpet, etc. are good. Maybe a little scratchy when you switch between the types of sounds, but the other options are pretty good. I haven't tried many of the advanced features, so I can't speak for that. Now that I have this, I will keep it and use it to plink around when I am bored. It's a fun plink around keyboard but not a hard core performance keyboard. The biggest thing is the sound quality is not the best with a little bit of scratching here and there and the keys are slightly smaller than a full size piano, which I didn't feel was fully disclosed. Other than that, it's okay. It is not a forever piano keyboard but it's not too bad.

Great for kids with a blossoming passion for music. I wish the setting that teaches you new songs would make you press the correct key to move on instead your child can press the same key over and over to cycle through the full song, not really learning from it. BUT it's fun and more sturdy than I expected. The headphones that came with it were an awesome touch so they can play at all hours and Mom and Dad can still have some brief peace and quiet.
