  • Is China spying on us?
Color: gold
I thought it might be fun to radiate my wrist daily and see if I can cause skin cancer for the sake of counting my daily number of steps and monitoring my sleep in style. So I sprung for this for myself. I got rose gold because I'm like that and I eagerly took it from box in excitment. Then it sat for a while because my ADHD brain was overwhelmed by how to set it up. I actually just pushed it at my teen daughter and asked for help. So she set it up but didn't finish. We ran into a snag because the booklet shows you a QR code to scan that will allow you to download the ap that you use. Don't do that. The QR code takes you to a scam site that requests a credit car and says you won't be charged. I didn't know better and did it but then my Capital One Credit Card denied the purchase because they know better and my card was locked. What a pain. Not dissing Capital One by any means. Instead, just look up "H band" in your ap store and download that. It does NOT ask for credit card. Maybe I have small wrists? This thing fits like a loose bracelet on me but I'm fine with that. I wore it and though it looked like the band part was smeared with something. I was in a hurry my first full day of wearing it and figured I'd gotten lotion on it that dulled the shine but I was busy that day. That evening when I was home again and getting ready for bed I thought I'd just wipe it down well and that's when I realized I'd left shrink wrapped plastic on it. Ha ha ha. Had to cut that part off. It was very fitted to it so it I really did miss it. The displays are nice though I'd love the ability to say- download more than the ones available. Still I do switch between them depending on what I'm wearing. It does a decent job of step counting. I don't know how accurate the BPM or BP is but I have only had it high with extreme pain and so the readings look about what they should be. I messed with it a bit and did different things and it seemed to respond accordingly. Seeing my sleep patterns is interesting too. I found that in order to check that- I must hold the side button down until it buzzes and then do it again to turn it back on and then I can see my sleep pattern. If I go back to sleep after that- it does not update with the extra sleep though. Not sure why. Occassionally it will suddenly start buzzing and chinese will appear across the front. It will just keep buzzing and buzzing and nothing makes it stop. It can't be turned off or anything and so I rather wonder- if the chinese are accessing it and spying on my boring info. I can imagine them looking at it and saying- She is sleep deprived always, and she only walky 2 mile per day-she is weak- we can take her. Or maybe they're more interested in if it's a clear day to attack the soil in my neck of the woods. I do like the weather feature. I've not gotten any messages to work but it does tell me when I have an incoming call and I've not tried answering through this watch although there's an option to do so. It kinda freaks me out. Does that mean there's a microphone? I wear this thing all day -may as well get that radiation cancer off to a good start- you know? So could the Chinese be listening to my bathroom habits too? I dunno. It's pretty. I feel stylish when I wear it. I'm not wearing it right now. My wrist hurts today. Hmmmm ... show more

  • Cute but inaccurate
Color: gold
Let me preface this with. . . I have a heart condition (Tachycardia with PVC). I have 2 blood pressure cuffs and frequent monitoring at the doctor. I bought this watch to help monitor my BP and PVC activity. It is very pretty and I have several friends who want one because it is stylish and smaller than the others out there. I used it for 5 days before deciding to send it back. The app (HBand) is easy enough to use and set up. From what i did, it appears to be user friendly and easy to read. There are no explanations on normal ranges or how it works. I have no idea how to read the Sleep Tracker and again theres no information on it. It has a Heart Rate alert feature where you set the max BPM and it alerts you when you get that high. The alert goes off at least 4 hours after the episode. I could have died before I even knew I was in the danger zone. I did not test the call or messaging features. I bought it solely to monitor my BP, BPM and sleep. The watch BPM rates ranged from 2-30 beat difference on the cuff or doctor. The watch BP rates ranged anywhere from 10-70 points off. 179/117 when actually I'm 109/78. The sleep tracker did not accurately log when I fell asleep or when I woke throughout the night (bathroom or taking care of children). Beautiful watch. . . Horribly inaccurate. ... show more

  • Can't get a replacement charger
This watch is actually beautiful and worked great with no problems but. If your charger breaks then you can no longer charge your watch. No other charger will work on it. I bought a couple and it wouldn't charge. You have to completely order a new one even though your old one is still in perfectly good condition. So sad I loved it but can't afford to buy another one. ... show more

  • Braclet is for small wrists only
Great watch. Nice features but size may be a problem! Might be nice if the vendor include some extra links for the bracelet. Trying to reach the vendor for three extra links to lengthen bracelet. (Addenum) Amazon CS wasn't much help! Something about no inventory of the item, but the wife liked the feminine design in contrast to her other smartwatches while still offering all the physical data. I purchased a second watch. Now I have spare links and now even a spare watch. She is quite happy with the watch and the vendor is happy to sell another watch. ... show more

  • Not waterproof!
Color: gold
Headline says this item is waterproof but description states it is water resistant and you cannot submerge the watch. Hmmm. Otherwise, I am happy with accuracy of data and appearance of the product.

  • Not bad
Color: gold
It's not bad. I've gotten compliments on how it looks, and does a surprisingly good job of reading blood pressure and heart rate, even when it's on the outside of my wrist. Also, adding/removing links makes it even more functional. I've had mine for a few days now, and some issues have arisen: 1) the bracelet has already scuffed. 2) in order to select a prior feature, you have to scroll through all of them to get to get back to the beginning. 3)I thought it played music. While I can get it to monitor for push notifications from music apps, it does not, in fact play music. 4)it doesn't let you reply to calls or texts. 5)oftentimes, it doesn't even tell you there's a new text until you've already opened the text app on the phone. 6) once you've read a text, it will re-notuce the prior text. 7) The battery died in less than 3 days. It's still functional, but I was hoping for a slightly smarter watch. ... show more
