I absolutely loved this watch when I first got it. I was happy with communication with seller about a few questions. Now they are no longer responding and I inquired about troubleshooting the charging issues. The watch works great however it doesn't hold a charge longer than 3 hours even with battery saver on. It frustrating because I also bought my son the black one and his charge last for 2-3 days. I guess it is what it is. Think maybe I received a malfunctioning device. Being disabled it's hard to return things so I'm stuck with it! Update to review. Seller fixed issue!

I have had the watch for a month now, I feel that I have been able to evaluate it pretty well. There are pros and cons to the watch as with any other smart watch. This watch has a major plus with being able to talk to people on it instead of digging my phone out of my diaper bag. I like how it monitors my sleep. However, I will look at the watch half way through the day and see the watch already states I had slept for 30 minutes which is not accurate. I don't know how well it works with my steps but I believe it may not be very accurate because I do a lot of work with my hands and sometimes while I am working with my hands, my watch will tell me I hit the goal of 7000 steps... but I was not walking at the time. The blood pressure seems to be a little lower than it should be but not by much, so it is pretty accurate with that. Over all, the watch works well for me. I find it helpful in many of my daily tasks, it may not be perfectly accurate but it is good enough to get a ballpark number on things. It does drop calls sometimes, but as I use it I will keep updating this review. I love how I can have any watch face I want as well. I use a lot of different faces with no problems.

I loved the watch when I first received it. However, after about three weeks, the display would no longer light up even when plugged in to the charger. The company immediately replaced that watch. The replacement lasted for just over a month, just beyond the return window when the battery began only holding a charge for about 20 hours following a full charge, so I would wake up with an inoperable watch. As a result I began removing the watch to charge it every night. By the evening it would lose about two-thirds of its charge, even though I turned off all the sensors during the day. Obviously, it was no longer any good for monitoring my sleep. The company's solution for the second watch was to offer me a $6 refund or for me to pay to return the watch so their engineers could diagnose the problem. Since I have no desire for a daytime only watch, I am accepting their second offer. I have used Fitbit for several years. Though it is initially more expensive, it costs much less than $30 per month for a functional watch, as does Apple, Garmin and Samsung. I am sad to say, it has proven to be not worth the money, even at $29.

I really enjoyed this watch for a few weeks... Then the scratches started building up over time & idk what could have possibly gotten on it to cause this, but it ended up looking like it had been sprayed with some kind of acid after a few months. there were these liquid-spray looking marks on the face of it that wouldn't come off. Never used it around anything that could have caused that to my knowledge, so I'm not really sure where they came from. =\

I have had this watch for a few weeks. I love all the features on it. I get a lot, and I mean a lot of compliments and comments on this watch. People are quite impressed that I paid less than $20 for it. It is comparable to an Apple watch. When I have answered calls from this watch, every caller is amazed I'm speaking to them from my watch. I love that I can control the face of the watch. It measures your steps, exercise, sleep, heart rate, blood pressure , etc. I have found these features to be quite accurate. The drawbacks -I cannot get my contacts to load, but they appear as they are in my phone when I receive a text or call. You are not able to text from the watch. This was not a huge issue for me. I say buy this watch. You won't be disappointed! I did purchase a metal/magnetic band since I prefer that over the plastic/rubber one.

For the price this is great. Even has an option to see the seconds hand. Bought it to use gor work and it has not let me down. Battery life is unbelievable. Last 3-4 days with out a change. I wash my hands constantly, and it has gotten wet. No issues.
