Update****the company reached out to me quickly to get this resolved. They offered to give full refund or for a new product to be returned. Even said to keep the watch to continue testing and make suggestions for improvement. They mentioned the watch could have a bad senor or firmware.This company really is a legit great customer company. I was truly stressed over the research I did before buying the watch and it having issues but how they have conducted themselves proves that they care and want the best for their customers and are willing to make things right and knowledgeable as to what could be wrong with the watch. Thank you. Previous review:The watch itself has a lot of features. But the only app it seems to pair with is very fit. Which I should had read the reviews every since a march update it doesn't stay connected.. I have had that experience too. My heart rate alert doesn't alert me. The watch battery last for about a day and half. That is with calls sent to phone, Facebook, text, heart alert, Alexa. But hardly had any calls/texfacebook alerts. Alexa keeps disconnecting. Phone doesn't keep a running min by min heart rate. You press the button to see what you heart rate is just like on regular smart watches. Sleep seems accurate. My heart rate has been saying wear tighter but it is tight. The sleep isn't being recorded. Waiting on the company to respond on the issues I am having. Really impressed with just about everything. Would buy again. Bought one for my wife. Wish I could find a watch face (you can select different faces) that showed oxygen levels. Other than that it is very good and quite cheap $$. Update: forgot to mention the Android APP. I found this to be very good at showing me the history along with succinct explanations. The watch is great and the app is very user-friendly. Easy to set up, easy to set reminders and it monitors my heart rate, stress levels, steps and sleeping habits awesomely. The screen is nice and clear, I can answer calls and can hear voices clearly and it's got some cool features too but a couple weeks after I bought it its battery life drastically changed for the worse. It stopped holding a charge and when I woke up this morning and took it off the charger it wouldn't even come on. Just, nothing. I started a return and it seems as though another is already on its way so we will see. If it won't come on though how do I factory reset it? It has a lot of personal stuff like pics and info on it that need to be erased before it's sent back. ... show more

I was quite surprised by the quality and ease of use. Set up only took a couple minutes and the battery life is quite long, 5 to days before charging with normal use. The company itself is very service oriented. For the money this is a great deal. I gave it 5 stars bit the one suggestion I would make is to change the charging to allow wireless charging, The charging on this is just a bit tedious ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I just ordered and got this. So far so good. Set up was pretty simple. Customization was a breeze. I ordered it Saturday and got it Sunday. So far the step count is not very accurate, but knowing how step counters on the wrist work, it's understandable. I woke up with 26 steps, and I assure you I don't sleep walk, I have cameras to confirm that. But I am a restless sleeper so I'm sure that's how that happened. Notifications seem to work well! Alexa doesn't have much function(music, audiobook) but she is there and works.The sleep study aspect may not be entirely accurate because I know of 3 times I woke up and it said I didn't. But it shows my deep,light, and rem sleep. It's a little bulkier than I anticipated, but I have tiny wrists so it was kinda expected. So far so good! The battery seems to be holding well. Got it amd charged it at about 4p yesterday, its 7a now and only at 93%, idk if it will last a week, but we will see! I'll update as time goes since I only got it yesterday! 2 WEEK UPDATE: So i have had this for 2 weeks and wanted to provide an update. The battery seems to last pretty well. I received this on a Sunday and fully charged it then. Monday a week later it still had juice, not much but enough - 24% . I charged it fully again, which BTW only takes about 2 hours to fully charge. By the next Monday, i noticed it lost a little more battery than previously now at 10%. All in all it definitely lasts the week. However if you utilize the constant heart rate readings, etc., that may not be the case. I only checked my health rates as needed. The phone function works pretty good, and i like that it has an adjustable volume. Only once, I did notice it kicked of my watch and sent my call back to my phone after a few minutes, but again that only happened once. The band did irritate my wrist after about a week and a half. I wear it just loose enough that it stays in place, but has breathing room. I switched it to my other wrist and almost immediately had irritation, same day. i scrubbed the band down really good and will see what happens. I wear it in the shower and wash it then, but maybe it just wasn't good enough and had a little dirt/grime. That takes me to my next point - it seems to do well in my shower, giving my son a bath, dishes, washing hands, etc. It hasn't caused any audio/voice/visual issues at all. i do use the drain water function each time i shower and have not used it in the pool as of yet. I am confident the step counter is not accurate. It told me i did 10,000 steps the other day and i know that is impossible. I did however do a lot of cleaning, therefore maybe it was counting each movement as a step? Either way, i wouldn't rely on it. The sleep function i am not sure about, sometimes it seems accurate then other nights not at all. I have not use the exercise functions yet, but there are soooo many you can use if needed. Notifications come through no problem. The Alexa function is not very helpful, there is so much it does not do. I have not found it useful yet. Also i cannot get it to connect to my music, maybe this is user error? All in all, for an off-brand, low cost smart watch, it does what i wanted. I bought this as a test run to ensure i would like it and didn't mind wearing it, before i spend a few hundred on a Samsung watch. I will continue to wear this until i buy the Samsung watch, and will likely give this one to my son. ... show more
