I’ve been using this M104 smartwatch for over a week now, and I’m really impressed with how it compares to my Samsung Watch 7. I originally wanted to try this because I needed a watch that works well with both Android and iPhone, and this one has been a perfect middle ground. While name-brand watches have more features, they often feel bloated and stressful because they are constantly vibrating or locking up. This watch gets back to the basics of what a smartwatch should be without all that extra noise. The usability is much better than I expected. For example, checking my heart rate is as simple as clicking the heart icon in the apps, whereas on my Samsung, I usually have to dig through menus or have a specific watch face set up. The screen is clear and looks like an OLED, and the "twist to wake" feature works perfectly every time. It has all the essentials like text notifications, blood pressure, and even a couple of fun games like a Flappy Bird clone and a hamster-smashing game. The exercise mode is where this watch really shines for me. When I’m cycling, the layout is bold and very easy to read at a glance. It shows your heart rate, calories, and a meter that tells you if your intensity is light, medium, or intense. On my regular watch, I often feel like I have to stop what I'm doing to find the info I want, but this layout is much more intuitive for someone actually working out. The battery life is the biggest standout. I’ve had it for over a week and I have only had to charge it once, and it still has plenty of battery left. It easily lasts multiple times longer than my Watch 7. It probably saves energy because it doesn't have built-in GPS tracking for distance or elevation (you likely use the Da Fit app for that), but for me, that's a fair trade for not having to charge it every night. The zinc alloy and stainless steel build feels high-quality and sturdy. I bought this watch and I was pleasantly surprised. The screen is wide and the colors look very vivid. What I like the most is that I can answer calls directly from my wrist. Health functions (steps, heart rate and sleep) work quite well to keep a daily record. It is light, comfortable and looks very elegant. It is a very complete smartwatch for an incredible price. Once you scan the QR code, then you can download the app. I had trouble connecting the darn thing! Once connected it automatically keeps track of your heartrate. Press one button to check your blood pressure but you have to look at watch because you can't tell if it is checking with just the stupid app. The app has more watch faces if you're in to that kind of thing.
