SIM card comes already in the watch, the instructions are clear and easy to follow, you can choose different types of plans. A lot can be done on the watch, games, pedometer, photos/videos, calendar, etc etc. I love the strap as it’s easy to adjust on little arms and you can get it to fit just right that you don’t have to worry about it swinging around or being too tight or uncomfortable. Some of the features are geared towards younger kids (eBooks, visuals) but overall my 7 and 9 year olds love it. The photo quality is pretty decent for a kid watch. I received and activated this watch on 9/3, waited well over the 24 hour recommended time for service to begin on the watch. 4 days later the watch still has no service, will not allow any incoming out outgoing calls, which was the entire purpose for purchase. I emailed and called customer service several times over this 4 day period and they were unable to identify or fix the problem. I bought 2 of this same product. In activating one of them I was prompted by the customer service rep that I had to purchase a plan in order to activate my SIM card. For the first watch I activated it with no problem and it came with a 7 day free trial. With the package there was two separate 7 day free trials cards and two separate SIM cards for each device. I called the customer service line they were advising me to purchase a plan in order to activate the SIM card. They referred me to my email where they informed me that I would hear from the technical support/customer relations representative. I got an email about an hour later stating to activate my SIM card again. I called the customer service line again and still they informed me that I could not take advantage of the 7 day free trial that I had to purchase a plan. I do not understand why I was offered the 7 day free trial not to be able to utilize it. I spoke with the customer rep for quite some time to make it known that this is an issue when I cannot use the device before getting off the phone with them and paying over $50 for the product. They did not offer to send me a new SIM card or a new device. They are expecting me to wait between 2-4 hours for assistance so here I am: waiting and warning others. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My daughter turned 9 and she loves it. She says the strap is very comfortable. She likes the calling feature but there is no face time or sending texts unless it’s an SOS emergency.
