This watch is decent, it is great to get if you will be upgrading to something better. The time is ALWAYS off though, I cannot use the 12-hour time because it is off by many hours. Even with it on military time, it is off by a half hour and I cannot change that. Also if you are wanting to track your steps this is NOT the watch for that. it does not count even half the steps I do in one day. This is a great smart watch for the price! The feature I like most is that you can call and receive phone calls right from your watch. You can also receive texts, but you can't send them through your watch though. The other thing is that you can customize the watch face. I've had it for almost a week and the battery seems to hold up well since I haven't needed to charge it since opening. A couple of downsides are that since you connect the watch to your phone through Bluetooth, sometimes, if you start playing a video on your phone, the audio starts playing through your watch. Also, I'm not sure how accurate the pedometer is. As some reviewers suggested, I think it underestimates your step count. But if neither of those things bother you, it's a great watch! ... show more

I am 76 years old and I knew I needed some kind of alert system. Because I do tend to fall in my garden? Then looking for something reasonable because I'm on social security. When I found this smartwatch I was absolutely amazed with the functionality. Don't use many of the options. The only thing I was really concerned With was to have it so that if I fell down I could actually call for help. The other thing I love about it is that it reminds me that I need to drink water Which I tend.to forget as time goes by. I recommend this watch to any seniors out there that. Have an alert system that costs you on a monthly basis and you can't afford because you're typically on social security. To me this is a life saver. I recommend it for both men and women. Although I ordered the green watch and, got pink ,I kept it because it was so easy to connect to my phone thru the app . The battery has great life. The band is comfortable and, not too sweaty for Florida. I wore it while swimming in the Gulf this weekend and, no issues. The customer service is ALWAYS THERE when you need them. My only problem is that I wanted the green band, but that's on Amazon, not the watch maker. I have watch band jewelry to change it up. All in all a great smart watch for active folks. The watch has a really good display for only being $40. The watch is neither slow nor is it as fast as an apple watch, but its fast enough to meet today's standards.
