In spite of the fact that I do maintain my phone within a decent Bluetooth range, the capability to take a call without having to use my hands has proven to be a great benefit while I am walking, cooking, or doing other fast-paced duties around the home. The use of voice control has proven to be a useful addition for situations in which my hands are occupied. The timers, the training mode, and the simple reminders that I set up are all things that I use it for. I find that it functions most well when I keep my orders brief and the surroundings are quiet. I would not go so far as to say that it is ideal, but for simple activities, it provides time savings and reduces the amount of tapping through menus. A large number of sports modes are available, and I discovered that the most efficient way to use them was to choose a limited set that I really do, such as walking, using a treadmill, and a general exercise mode. I enjoy that I can peek at my progress without having to stop and manage my phone since the watch makes it simple to keep track of both the amount of time and effort that I put in regularly. The practice of keeping track of my steps throughout the day has also served as a subtle motivation for me, particularly on days when I would otherwise remain seated.
