It was very easy to install. The room was not even, and cutting the tiles was easy. I did this myself, and you hardly notice any seams. It’s soft, and comfortable to walk on. Such a forgiving product. I love the way this project turned out! Easy to put down, easy to cut and it looks wonderful. Easy to replace in case there is a problem with the dogs or a food spill. I have more rooms to do and look forward to the new look.

I looked around for a big roll of carpet but decided on these squares in order to avoid stretching and fitting a large carpet on my own. It was a great decision. These are easy to install, easy to cut down, they look great, and the price is right. For the shag carpet, you want to pay attention to the arrows so the pile goes in the same direction across the floor. If you are measuring and planning to use the trimmed pieces to fill in other areas, make sure you measure while keeping the pile direction in mind.

Love this product, love it. I've purchased many of these and they are amazing. I've done two rooms with this carpeting and will be doing another two rooms with this. I don't do reviews but with this I will do my first review to help others out that don't know if they should purchase this product. I've purchased I think it was 12 boxes and I'm going to order another 6 and more in the future. I have kids and they love the brand-new look to the two prior rooms, and my new project with the next two rooms will have them happy. Just remember to follow the instructions and you will be happy.

I love the color and the fact that seams are not too noticeable. I did my rv bedroom in one day even with lots of nooks and crannies to trim around. The back has a foam pad . I did have to mark the back with my knife because the paper with the direction arrows comes off easily. I would forget which direction the squares should go. Still I'm very pleased.

I purchased these carpet tiles for an upstairs hallway. Besides going around the stairwell, I had 4 doorways to deal with, but these were so easy to put down! I found the best way to cut them was to mark the bottom and use a metal straight edge and sharp box cutter. It made a nice, clean cut. They adhere very well. When laying the tiles next to each other, I found it worked best to slightly pull up the edge of the one that was already installed and then press the two down together. This kept the carpet fibers from getting caught in between or underneath the two tiles, and therefore I cannot see any lines. The only thing I might recommend is to order one or two boxes more than you think you will need. When I measured, I measured the whole room and ordered the amount I should have needed for that area. I did not deduct anything for the stairwell, which is about a 35" x 80" area. With that large of an area where no carpet was needed, I figured I would have enough carpet left over to put in the small 24" x 40" closet, but I used every last square for the hallway floor and all I have left are a bunch of narrow strips from around the edges. Nothing I can use in the closet. I have put down carpet in rooms before. I would say it is more time consuming to put down the tiles than a full carpet, but it was a lot easier than wrestling with a large piece of carpet when I'm all by myself. And much easier dealing with 18 inches than with 8 feet (or 18) feet when the walls are not square! Overall, I am very happy with these tiles and would definitely order them again if I had any more carpeting to do.

Got these carpet squares for my mom’s mobile home. She lives in a rural community which is far from everything. Any goods or services she needs are impossible to get or extremely expensive. She had been living with plywood floors and area rugs until I found the smart squares on a google search and thank goodness they were available on Amazon. They arrived in five days and in one day she has wall to wall beautiful carpet. It was easy to install and she loves it.
