  • My students LOVED the Projects
My students thoroughly enjoyed creating and testing the "Rock, Paper, Scissors Wrist Game" project (I did too). They got so excited to play the game and then tried to see who's robot could win against the other robots. As a teacher, it was wonderful because it taught them how to use several sensors including the three-axis accelerometer and three-axis gyroscope included inside the Spike Prime hub - which is a new exciting feature. This book also includes instructions on how to make a "Remote Control Program" in the "Building an Industrial Robot Class" lesson which is unique to the LEGO Mindstorms Robotics Inventor kit. I would recommend this book for the classroom, or at home ideas for kids. ... show more

  • Great book for all ages.
Aaron's book is great for leaneres of all ages. My nephew's (5 and 7) where guided through some great projects and they learned a lot along the way. The projects were diverse, also allowed us to remix and make them their own along the way. Being able to download the project files was a massive help too. I would recommend this book to the home audience wanting to do more with lego robotics as well as for the class room. Great work looking forward to the next one! ... show more
