This is the coolest ring! Charges SO FAST and the battery lasts a long time. I like that it tells you your heart rate, steps and BP. Connects to a super easy app to use with it and keeps your data. This was also my perfect size Nd fits me well and it isn’t too heavy for my finger and is comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to start a fitness journey OR anyone with health issues that need to keep track of their blood pressure or oxygen, etc.

This is a great basic smart ring. It's very easy to use, to set up, and to link to your smart phone. It monitors your heart rate, blood O2, and much more. The app is easy to use and even comes with extra features such as choices for sleep sounds such as whales, rain, thunder, etc.

I really wanted to like this smart ring, but it’s been a big disappointment. I’m honestly surprised by all the positive reviews given my experience. First, the sizing runs small and feels off, which made it uncomfortable from the start. I also wore a smartwatch alongside it to compare accuracy, and the results weren’t even close—step counts were way off, and the sleep tracking was just as unreliable. The biggest issue is the battery life. Even after a full charge, the ring only lasts about 4 hours before needing to be charged again, which makes it pretty impractical to use daily—especially for something meant to track sleep. Even at the sale price of $50, I don’t feel like this was worth it. Unfortunately, since you have to use the ring to realize these issues, it’s not returnable, which is frustrating. I usually rely on reviews when making purchases, but this one didn’t live up to the hype at all. I wouldn’t recommend it.
