The battery life is at best 2-3 days, not 10, and it doesn't warn you unless you're prepared to have constant notifications going off (or be in the app). The app seems to need to "synch" a lot which means I'm never sure if the readings have been happening as they should. You can only get a reading every 30 minutes at most unless you're doing it manually, so if you need a constant monitor, this is not for you (shame, it's one of the few that don't require subscriptions and are thus affordable). Good for very baseline stats, but you'd better prepare for a +/- 20 on that pulse (sometimes it was off by around 70bpm, but I have POTS). The blood pressure reading is...yeah...take that one with a mountain of salt. The sleep function is...let's just say it tries. I work nights, and it only wants to think people sleep at night. Sometimes it will read when I'm actually asleep, though. Still haven't figured out the whole "steps" feature, since I know I take way more steps than it is counting (again, go back to the "synch" thing). The O2 reader is ok.

I purchased this ring last week and have been using it for the last four days. I had high hopes for it since I just couldn’t spring for the pricier, more popular option. So much so that I purchased another one for my husband (it arrives tomorrow). Pros: the Sleep function is super interesting and informative; it’s relatively comfortable, attractive looking, not cumbersome or too bulky to wear. Cons: the Steps function is way off by a couple of hundred steps (as compared to my smart watch. And, it’s supposed to stay charged for 10 days, but ran out after three days. Ultimately, my concern is how accurate the summary functions are. Once my husband receives his ring, I’ll see if his summaries are more accurate, etc and provide an updated review.

I bought this ring to test it out for the oura ring. I don’t think it was really worth the $60 I paid. The step count wasn’t accurate not even close i do wear an apple watch and it’s was off be thousands every day. The first few days it was great! it was actually tracking my sleep and i could check other functions via the app which is free. After the first few days though it stopped connecting to my phone via bluetooth and at one point just stopped connecting period so i was wearing it for really no reason. I guess you get what you pay for. Just recommend reading reviews and doing your research to see what it is that you’re looking for and making sure it fits the criteria. If what the oura rings does seems a better fit just save to the money for it rather than trying the cheap versions
