I just got this tracking ring this morning and was really looking forward to trying it out. For reference, I’m a size 5.5 in rings, so finding the right fit can be tricky. I ordered a size 6, and honestly, it fits perfectly, especially on my right hand, and on my left ring finger and index finger. Just wanted to share that in case sizing is a concern for someone else. The app gave me a little trouble during setup, but I eventually figured it out. My biggest issue right now is that if I close the app, it stops tracking my steps. It only logs steps while the app is open, which means I have to leave it running in the background all day. That’s a bit frustrating, especially since I usually close my apps to save battery life. I was hoping for something a bit more seamless. Pros: • Affordable compared to high-end trackers like the Oura Ring • Sleek design (I went with the rose gold, which looks great with most outfits) • Comes with rubber ring covers to protect the metal and switch up the look nice touch! Cons: • Doesn’t track steps in the background • App connectivity feels a little clunky • Not quite “set it and forget it” which is what I was hoping for I know it’s a budget-friendly option and some compromises are expected, but I’ve seen other similarly priced rings with smoother app integration. I only went with this one because it was one of the few that offered a size 6. I’m going to give it another day or two, maybe restarting my phone will help, but if it keeps acting up, I may return it. I was super super excited for this ring however within 20 minutes of receiving it I knew I needed to return it. Problem #1 It runs about two sizes of small. It absolutely would not fit on the finger. I wanted to wear it on. The size 11, that was purchased, was a little snug but fit on my finger that was a size 9. Problem #2 I sat on the couch to get it connected/set up and before I stood up, I magically took 40 steps. The two main features I was hoping to get out of this ring was step counts and sleep monitoring. Problem #3 it’s so much more bulky than I thought it would be. It states it can be worn on the middle or pointer finger, however, I wouldn’t recommend anything but the pointer unless you don’t mind not being able to close your fingers together. It works well and isn't too thick that it's uncomfortable. I don't wear it all day or to sleep in, but if I needed/wanted to it would be comfortable enough. So intially it started out well, battery lasted 5 days then have to recharge. After 1-2 month use, had to charge every 1-2 days. Don’t get me wrong it does charge fast but I’m looking for something more detailed and long term use. BP monitoring was also 10-15 mmHg off (lower) than my actually BP. I purchased this to check sleep hours, which was ok, it does not pick up and differentiate if you wake up and get out of bed and then go back to sleep, so sometimes only logs 3-4 hours of sleep when I actually got 9 hours but woke up once. It does not come with adequate instructions. The video is so fast I had to slow it down and watch it 3-4 times. It must be for people who've owned tracker rings before. The instructions didn't explain or even show the white case charger. It was just in the box. So I charged it directly with the cable provided. The first day it counted my steps pretty accurately, but the calorie burning was abysmal. Said I walked 16,000 plus steps and burned 500 some calories. After a 6K hike and then some? Fourth day I woke up and it hadn't recorded my sleep or the end of yesterday's steps. By process of elimination I determined it must be dead battery so I charged it. First thing today in the a.m., I very carefully counted my number of steps (50-60), checked the app and it said 0 steps. I can't accept the lack of accuracy on my step count. El único problema para mi, es que trabajo en turno de noche y duermo de día, por lo que no me registra el sueño, y esta era una de las razones más importante por lo que lo compré.
