So much bang for such a small item. This ring is comfortable and easy to both set up and use. The battery is long lasting--I've worn it for two days before I charged it, and it was not because the battery was dying but becasue I felt I should. The silver color is nice and goes well with my other silver jewelry. From tracking my steps to monitoring how long I slept, and documenting my blood pressure and heart rate, I'm pleased.
