Best ring at a great price!
So far so good, I have this ring for sometimes now. The battery’s life is very good lasts about 3 to 5 days depending on if I have more or less activities such as workouts, walking, etc..it tracks my sleep, heart rate, BP etc…Basic functions are there at your finger tip no need to spend $500 bucks for a ring. The ring itself is made with very durable material. I have been wearing them at work banging around metal carts, shelves and surface of working counter and it stands the abuse so far, not very noticeable scratches. I was afraid of the scratches and bought the ring cover but it made the ring bulky so I returned the ring cover. I would definitely buy the same ring again if needed.👍

I've had this ring for over a month now and so far I really like it. The app has worked fine for me. I think some people struggle if they have the wrong fit or on the wrong finger. I read it should be on your pointer or middle finger ideally. I charge mine every 2 to 3 days but that doesn't bother me with this price point. I love that there's not a subscription to look at my own data.

if you’re looking for a cheaper alternative to the name brand health rings, this is the perfect alternative!!! i was drawn to this ring specifically because of all the tracking features/capabilities but more specifically the fact that there was nooooo subscription service. it’s a one time purchase and then you’re good to go after that!! the compatible app is easy to use but is lacking when it comes to notification reliability and it’s just overall slow to load. I have also worn my apple watch and this ring at the same time so i could compare the stats and they always come out very similarly in terms of steps, exercise minutes, and calories burned! it’s also stays really accurate in terms of tracking your menstrual cycle. it comes with a convenient charger dock that you just place the ring on & it magnetizes to. I did have to size up to a 10 lol which made me feel like a beefy man but the silver is sleek & doesn’t scratch easily. the only reason i give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the slow app but it also shows inaccurate battery life percentages - however you can easily just charge it every 3 or 4 days and be fine!

The Smart Ring has many functions, some of which I’m not using. You can wear it 24-hours a day and it’s waterproof. The sleep function is not always accurate. It charges really fast and the charge lasts 4-5 days. It’s easy to forget that you’re wearing it. I’m not sure about the heart rate being the most reliable either. You can share your stats with others. So, all in all, I’m satisfied with this smart ring.
