Do not waste your hard-earned cash on this overpriced ring. I bought it mainly for the sleep tracking feature, but the data it provides is totally unreliable. Last weekend, I took a 2-hour nap in the afternoon, and the ring didn’t record it at all. Meanwhile, it claimed I was in a deep sleep phase during a meeting where I was wide awake and taking notes. The compatibility with my Android phone is hit or miss too—sometimes it syncs, sometimes it doesn’t. The waterproof feature is a joke too; I wore it while washing my hands, and now the screen is glitching.

I have had it for over a week now. It isn’t tracking my temperature and I don’t know how to contact customer service. I’ve looked in the “customer service” tab on the app and it’s just FAQs, no actual customer service. It is a good ring. It tracks sleep, steps blood pressure, blood oxygen, and your cycle, but the temperature not recording, even after 7 nights of wearing it, is annoying. I bought it for TTC and that’s the main thing I needed.
